So first I wanted to say that I've been sewing 30 years and for this price I couldn't have purchased the fabric and zipper. It's a 65% cotton / 35 poly blend. It's a light weight knit with 40-50% stretch across the bodice and only a bit of give in the vertical direction. This makes for a very comfortable tee-shirt-like fitted bodice and flowie skirt. I'm uploading a picture of the inside seam to show its a 4 thread serged seam. It's good for knits that need seams to stretch with the fabric as the garment is worn, and at this price point it's not expected to be constructed with more reinforcement. You could run a safety stretch stitch along the sides or around the cap sleeve area if it's going to be worn often but be sure to use a ballpoint knit needle so as to keep from seeing puncture wounds (holes!) In the fine knit. I've seen some reviews complaining about the fabric; unless they received a different dress this cotton/poly blend is soft, comfortable and easy care. Hand wash in woolite or in a mesh laundry bag on the gentle cycle and it will wear nicely for a long time. I don't know what the expectations of the haters are, but seriously, for the price this is a sweet little dress that flatters and feminizes. I have a short torso and need petite sizing. This dress is not labled petite, but its fitting just as great. The armholes are not gaping, and the torso length fits just right from shoulders to waist. I've gained weight over the winter and it settled in my mid section and yet this dress gives me an hourglass silouette. It's a keeper.

I generally wear a L to XXL shirt, and a 14-16, clothing-wise. However, my bust and waist measurements are 41" and 34", so I thought I'd play it safe and get the XXL. It's been my experience that lots of Amazon vendors skew small size-wise and the reviews for this dress echoed that. In this case though, I would have been better off trusting the size chart and getting the XL. The wrap-style bodice could use some extra boobage or girth, but the knit fit is forgiving, so the dress looks great anyway.Actually, this thing is cut and looks stitched together very well. Only time will tell if the construction is the real deal and holds up.What I dig most about it is the fabric. I worried that it may be one of those shiny, poly-forward knits, but nope. The texture is more on the soft t-shirt knit-side of things. And it’s heavy, so it drapes well. I like that and the way the texture mutes the print. I know the latter has been an issue with some reviewers, but I prefer it that way. To me, a shiny, hyper-color fabric and print would look and feel cheap on this style dress.I'm 5'6” and usually wear a 30" or so inseam and the dress falls about three or so inches below my knee, making it more of a true midi, which is another thing I like a lot.

Love this dress! So cute and fits just right. I got a medium and am 5 foot 2, 138 lbs. it literally will go with any color of shoes. So fun and flattering. It has a side zip which is a nice touch but not really necessary as I was able to put it on over my head without unzipping it. The fabric is soft and comfortable. Will definitely be buying another dress like this in a different print!

I'm pleasantly suprised! Criss-cross necklines rarely work for me, but this is nice! It's true to size ( I normally buy Xl/ EU44/US12.) The fabric is breathable and thin, but not too thin It's also stretchy but still has a good silhouette, and keeps it's shape. The construction is of good quality, and you can adjust the neckline to fit your figure. I wish I liked the other colors/patterns because I could buy several.

Beautiful dress! Fits perfect. I ordered a medium. I'm 5'5' and 133. It is made well and the colors are so pretty!

The dress is really cute but the bust area was a little small so I’m going to order an XL and see how that fits! I’m about 146 lbs, a size 10-12, and my measurements are 39-31-42. I ordered a large but the bust area seemed a little too tight for me. The dress is stretchy and falls beautifully around the hips while emphasizing your waist. I ordered the yellow and blue zig zag pattern and it looked a little faded so I’m going to size up and order a different color.

I am very impressed with the quality of this dress, it is not see through and there is no cleavage showing. I am always on the look out for work appropriate dresses. I am 5'4 and 150 pounds, this dress is slightly below the knee. I think I can make this work for autumn, by adding a cardigan.

This dress is very comfortable and pretty. I am 5'8, 140 lbs and a size Medium fits perfectly.

I am 5'10" and wear a size 14. The size L fit perfectly. I was really happy with the length- it went halfway down my knees- a really flattering and modest length (most dresses are too short for me to feel comfortable sitting in).It is not clingy but the fabric won't conceal your shape or curves either. You can see my love handles clearly which I'm not crazy about but overall it is flattering - especially in the bust. The neckline falls at the perfect point - it shows a bit of cleavage but isn't too low-cut.The fabric is thin- I was concerned about it being sheer in the light but that isn't really the case. I like that it is thin because it will be lightweight and compact when traveling. The material (in black at least), doesn't look cheap. There is no shine- it just looks like a cotton dress (it is 65% cotton and 35% polyester). It does wrinkle a bit but not so much that it's a problem.I don't expect this dress to last a long time- this type of fabric will pill but by washing it in cold water, you can probably get a season or two of regular wear out of it before it starts to look shabby. For the price, I would call that a win.I am picky with clothing and I liked this dress enough that I bought a second one, because it is so comfortable, flattering and versatile.

I bought this dress for a wedding. I’m currently nursing still and have some baby weight left so I wanted a dress that wasn’t too skin tight - this dress really hit the mark. It fit well and was a good length, I got a lot of compliments on it too which was nice. Only complaint is it was a little tight on the arms but overall material was stretchy and breathable.

This dress is exactly as shown. I bought it to wear to my son's beach wedding in Hawaii. I was a bit concerned about the fabric being too sweaty, but it was very comfortable! The empire waist and rouched chest area was very flattering on my larger build/bust (US size 14 or XL) with the skirt flowing away from the body. I love it!
