I love really big, firm pillows so i purchased this even though the company explains its for tall or large people. I am 5'3 155 and it was too high for me, so they were right BUT, it would be perfect for someone taller. It was firm but still soft and it provides a gentle amount of stretch. I otherwise really loved it so i bought the medium size instead. I highly, highly recommend this pillow.

I ordered the arc 4 life pillow after talking to a physical therapist about upper spinal pain and migraines occurring after an injury. I cried in pain waking after using it the first time and it signaled I need medication. Interesting purchase for a migraine sufferer. I haven’t needed medication in the past. Seems to realign with a neck spot unlike a regular pillow and I find it’s a comfortable enough over time. Intend to order again despite the price.

If you have neck tension pain, if have ever found relief rolling your neck over a cold soda can, this is for you. The king size has multiple sleeping zones. The edges are wide enough to sleep on. There is a traction side of the "V" and a non-traction side that's a little softer. The bolster side is the same firmness when you flip the pillow. Super supportive, like a neck massage. King does fit normally in a king size pillowcase. I got the extra firm. Took a couple nights to get used to, but now I cant sleep without it.

Bought this for my husband after he was having neck pain for over a month. Recommended y a friend who thought it was awesome for his neck pain! Pricey pillow so hopes were high it would help. Initially, he felt confined in a negative way for over a week using it. He wasn’t getting any relief from his neck discomfort at all. There are TWO sides to this pillow. Each has its own benefits, supposedly. He used the recommended side initially. After getting no results and dealing with the “head control “ issue for over a week, he flipped it over. That was, for him, the first relief he had. The pillow definitely holds your head so you can’t move it, or roll your head at all. If this would bother you, don’t get this pillow. So, I guess it really depends what your neck issue is caused from if it will be of help to you. Friend loves it, husband is just so so over it. Wish I had more to say either way, just a mixed bag.

Superior pillow for neck issues. Expensive but helpful

This is a good firm pillow and helps to keep your spine straight if you sleep on your back most of the time. I tend to turn pn my sides and sleep, so I did not see muchbenefit from thsi pillow , but it is still avery good firm pillow.

I've lived with neck issues for quite a few years. However, as soon as I started to use this pillow my symptoms were significantly reduced or eliminated. Although I've had an issue with the pillow wearing out (getting soft), the manufacturer has introduced an extra firm version of the pillow which is holding up nicely. I don't go anywhere without this pillow.

This seems like a pretty cool product, and works reasonably well when I sleep on my back. Unfortunately, I spend 90% of the time sleeping on my side. This pillow is simply too low for me and my big shoulders…
