Warm Tips: 1. Don't unplug the power adapter without remove the globe first, or the globe will pound the base. 2. Powerful magnet! Please keep this item at least 20cm away from computer devices and other electronic devices and metal. 3. When the globe rotates too fast or appears a beating phenomenon, please reposition the globe. Otherwise, the base overheat, and the device will produce over-current protection, automatic power off. Over heat will shorten the service life. Specifications: Product Name: Magnetic levitation floating globe Material: ABS plastic, Acrylic Color: Blue, Gold Global Diameter: 140mm Base Diameter: 180mm Input Range: 100V-240V Output Power: 12V 1500mA Floating distance: 12mm-5mm Package Weight: 1.5kg Package Included: 1 x Globe world map ball 1 x Base 1 x UK Plug Adapter 1 x User Manual Installation Steps: 1. Please place the levitation device on a absolutely horizontal surface. 2. Hold the globe with two hands and place it at 10cm above the center of the base, vertical down, move down at the same time, and pay attention to keep the globe horizontally. 3. When the globe drops to about 2cm above the center of the base, if you feel the strong magnetic field to push the globe up or the globe is shifted in a direction, please move it in the opposite direction by hand horizontally. 4. Until you feel that it is no longer offset, the globe has found the center point at this moment, you can completely release the hands. This position is the levitation place which is 12mm-15mm over the base. 5. If you fail for the first time, please do not give up. Try it again.

Fine toy
The media could not be loaded. I had the devil of a time getting this maglev device to float, but eventually I managed it after many attempts. More difficult than other similar devices, in that the magnetic field is so strong, the base leaps up to meet the globe when you try to balance it. That means you have to keep the base pinned to the table with your hands while trying to find the sweet spot so you can release it. Eventually, I succeeded, though nearly threw it in the trash on more than one occasion.Happy with the purchase though it caused soe stress before I got it going. But it does work, and floats up there quite stably. Needs some patience, and needs to be somewhere it won't get disturbed. Spins a bit fast, too. Best way of slowing it down or reversing it is to let it brush against a tissue or paper towel. But it speeds up again. Changes colour, but won't get the full effect till it gets dark. A bit expensive for what it is, but looks like solid workmanship, so I'm happy with it.

It's a levitating globe
Arrived today. First thought. Not impressed with the adapter. (3 pin UK to two pin continental). The supplied power supply being two pin. The quality of the adapter is poor. NO BS markings on it. However I already have an adapter to BS regs so used that instead. It took 4 attempts to get it to levitate. The magnet is fairly strong but not overly. The globe lights up when brought close to the base and the base has a low level blue light. All in all looks good and the base is fairly substantial. Worth £80? I don't think so but its done now.

Amazing it's cool and i love the fact occasionally it will start to spin on it's own depending upon any kind of air current in the room. perfect work great .
