Very effective.
I got this to replace my old 3M one due to the straps giving up. It is a lot cheaper than my 3M (I seem to remember paying about £26 for that one) one but in comparison looks a very similar quality. In fact it doesn't cost much more than the packs of rubbish paper ones that I resorted to recently. I'm seeing the refills seem to be easy to get hold of as well. It's had a couple of outings now and is easily as good as my old one and better in one respect. I've found with proper adjustment I get none of the 'blow back' (breath blowing up through the top of the mask onto my eyes) which I sometimes got previously. On the job I was doing yesterday (power sanding some dodgy walls) I had to stop due to not being able to see properly because of the airborne dust. The mask was effective though and I've not had any dust or crud in my nose since then.Really happy with this and especially happy with the price. The straps look similar to the 3M one so I'm sure I'll have to replace it after a couple of years or so but at that price it will not be a problem.

Professional Kit
This is what I was looking for. Some safety while spray painting or using the angle grinder for a big project. You have to put in the filters then click the cover behind it and you're good to go.As its an elasticated strap it should fit most people. I appreciate the two filters being on one mask. There is enough air entering that it's not a struggle to breath, all outward breaths go through the circle in the front. It's a well thought out item that I plan on using to keep my lungs clean while doing the smelly jobs.

Better than expected!
I ordered the Nasum face mask as Ive started a restoration project and wanted something better than the usual paper “monkey” masks. I’ve used a number of branded respirators over the years and wasn’t expecting too much at this price point. On arrival I was impressed with the build quality and finish so straight away decided to try it out as I had to mix up some P38 filler and also do a little paint spraying. As it was the first use of this mask I decided to set up the correct fit before doing anything else, this proved simple enough and it was soon in place with chemical cartridges and dust filters. I mixed up and applied the filler then moved on to the paint spraying (different items). This meant walking about 100 yards to get the paint and the mask was so comfortable I didn’t even consider removing it. It was only after completing my two little jobs that I removed the mask and realised just how efficient it had been....the work area stank of filler and paint but taking the mask off was the first time I’d noticed it! I’d been working in it for about 45 minutes. Very impressed.

It works very well
No one really enjoys wearing one of these but the risks of not wearing it are worse. Having had to sand and clear a number of rooms I wanted something to protect me from the huge volume of dust. The mask is easy to adjust and is a comfortable fit. The cotton filter pads go under the clear cover and it's these you change, not the charcoal filter units underneath - changing the cotton pads took about 2 minutes. If it gets harder to breathe you need to change the cotton filters - the amount of dust they filter out before you breathe it in is rather shocking!

Very comfortable to wear
I really like the feel of this mask, it's quite comfortable to wear. I was a bit concerned about getting spares but after reading the questions and answers I saw you can get standard filters, so I'm very happy with my purchase. I do lots of fiber glass work and a mask is essential.

Great value for money
This mask is comfy to wear. There are two straps to secure to your head. The upper strap has a fixed oval shape which sits firmly on the back of your head and creates a good deal around the nose area. The bottom strap is elasticated with a large clip which is easy to fasten/undo behind the lower part of your head. Pads show how much dust is collected, but of course that all depends on the work being done. I use this whilst sanding during wood turning.

Not suitable for resin, incorrect filters- don’t make the same mistake as me!
I bought this mask as I needed ppe to mix and make resin pieces. Scoured through loads of options and found this one which seemed like a reasonable price and according to some reviews people had used to make resin with no issues. I haven’t yet had any issues YET but after reading that this mask does basically nothing if you’re using resin, I’ve decided to either get a new mask with the correct A2P3 filters or just replace the filters on these. Please don’t make the same mistake as me!!Do NOT purchase if you are using this for resin as it won’t protect you. I’m ending up having to spend more money to replace it. Sometimes I’ll spray some alcohol to get rid of bubbles and can smell it through the mask, not ideal if trying to block out toxic fumes. More suitable for dust work. Mask itself is fairly comfortable and I don’t notice it to much when it’s on.

An absolute must have in anyone toolbox!
Bought this for sanding the walls after removing some very old wallpaper, I wanted to even out the bumps after filling with polyfilla and anticipated a LOT of dust, boy was I right!I was working without issue in a 4m long room FULL of airborne dust, where you can't see the other end of the room.Breathing comfortably having a jolly old time making a mess, you'll never go back to those cheap disposable masks after using one of these! No issues at all, might buy the partner one so we can get the job done twice as fast in future :)
