I take two about an hour before bed and they help. Bonus, my nails got really strong and healthy too! They have never been long my whole life. Always crack and peel and split. They still tear from edges but less so and a way harder until the do. Sleep is the real bonus tho!!!

For most nights, a Nexabiotic pre/proboitic and 3 of this brand of glycine work to get and keep me asleep. Sometimes (more stressful days) I need to add a couple of Olly gel caps. I've been using this product for several months now. I originally purchased it to help me sleep. I have multiple problems that cause insomnia for me including reactive hypoglycemia, hormone imbalances, fibromyalgia, and high cortisol. I heard of Glycine quite long ago, however, never tried it to improve my sleep. When I made up my mind to give Glycine a try this brand was the first I found here. I bough one bottle and the result was impressive - previously I never woke up with such relaxed yet clear mind. Later I purchased the Glycine bottle produced by Solgar and it clearly had absolutely no effect on me - though the producer is very reputed.The Solgar product will be finished in a couple of weeks so I'll return to this again.___________________________________________________________________Got a new bottle today. The packaging design must have changed slightly. It is somehow different from what we can see on the product page here in Amazon. The bottle cap was firmly sealed and the inner foil was intact as well.It is also worthwhile mentioning that the size of LE capsules is more generous than that of Solgar ones, as pictured (though Solgar is 3 bucks cheaper).

With all the positive reviews I was very excited to try these, both my husband and I have issues staying asleep. The product had many reviews stating positive sleep improvements after taking glysine, we both took it for 4 nights, most reviews said sleep changed for the better right away. I took 2 each night, my husband took3, and both of us were wide awake after about 3 hours and could not get back to sleep. Even in the mornings, after 4 nights of 3 hours of sleep, we didn't even feel tired the next day??? We can't keep trying this, not sure what we'll do now! So bummed this didn't work, glysine has good reports about help with insomnia and sleep issues??

I am a repeat customer for this product. I discovered it helped greatly for sleeping through the night. I take this with theanine, another amino acid. It may take some experimenting to discover exactly which amino acids work for you personally, but I recommend trying the amino acids if you are having sleep issues.
