Liked: Inexpensive. Simple to use (keep in freezer overnight for cold, keep in hot water for warm). Effective for sports recovery. Larger packs (compared with regular size version) allows greater surface area contact with upper legs or torso.Disliked: Be mindful when freezing, can become overly stiff of frozen for long periods (frozen) and difficult to shape (let it melt a little bit at room temp then easier to manipulate). Be extra careful with direct (even through mesh side) contact with skin (particularly of frozen/freezing cold) as I left it on for too long and have myself ice burn.Overall: Good value, effective both hot and cold for sports recovery.

This item is awesome! I’m so glad that I bought this. I’m chronically ill and suffer from chronic pain and burning skin pain that medications can’t handle ‘yet’.Also, I don’t handle heat well. But this gel ice pack has become my saviour. I put it in the freezer overnight for maximum effect, so that the effect can last longer before it melts. During the day I just put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes at a time or so and take it out because I need it a lot 🙈. I put it on my forehead too as the weather has become fierce with heat.The only enemies I have are my children! They keep taking it out of the freezer to put on their bodies to cool off the heat. This means that I have to order more of these 😁.I highly recommend this item. The best part is that it comes with a bag so that you don’t need to wrap it in a towel. Sounds messy, ain’t got time for that 🙄.It also has a strap so that you can actually strap it around where you need it (I haven’t tried that yet).The coldness lasts about 20 minutes but if you leave it overnight in the freezer it lasts over an hour or more!! 😳Buy! Buy! Buy!!!Note: It seems a bit longer when it stays in freezer overnight and might not fit the bag properly immediately until after a few minutes when it’s thawed a bit.

Best I could find when you have a smaller area to treat - wrist, arm etcThe grippy strap works well.

Good value and great for small pains and strains can move around with it strapped to your body which is nice

I love the large pack easy to place on area that is causing pIn. Works well cold/hot. Comfortable to wear, very easy & simple to use. Fantastic value for money.

the wrap is good but the item was delivered without the ice pack, when it seems it comes with the pack, very disappointing.

When heat takes over, chill out with this icepackbest use the cover so not to ice burn your skinbit tricky if you want to wrap it around a arm or leg as it may slip but there are ways if this happens to youmostly, place it on affected area and sit back and chill

I've had these types of products in the last and when you freeze them, they have a tendency to split. NOT THIS ONE.The gel even stays supple when frozen so it can be easily wrapped around limbs etc.It's brilliant and the velcro compress keeps it in place really well.

No sé si me han estafado o ha sido una broma, únicamente he recibido una bolsa de gel sin funda mi banda elástica. Lo peor es que realmente la necesitaba con urgencia y otra vez alguien no ha hecho su trabajo. Para nada coincide ni con la descripción ni con las fotos de otros clientes.
