Smaller Sponge!
This has a smaller sponge with the same length of the stick. It enables me to reach into the back of my mouth to get the mucus that congests my airway. Very pleased with this product!

Handy swabs for keeping mouth clean
I love these swabs for oral hygiene for my 81 yr old dad who suffered from a stroke. We use them several times a day to keep his mouth clean. We also use it to swab the mouth with mouth moisturizer to prevent dryness. Great product.
