Leaks everywhere despite multiple fixes! Installing this faucet is not particularly easy and despite uninstalling & reinstalling it multiple times, it leaks. It leaks from the water-to-faucet connections, and it leaks from the sprayer head part itself. It seems not matter how tightly you screw these parts together the connections let enough water through to leaks a lot. Plus, there’s a steady streak of water leaking from the bottom of the sprayer head itself and this is apart from a hose connection, so it seems unrepeatable. There’s water flowing all over during any use.Also, the water pressure is very strong, but almost to strong — we cannot use the shower spray setting on the sprayer part because it just sprays water all over the kitchen, there’s way too much water pressure. So even before it was leaking constantly, we could only use 50% of its functions.When I first purchased this it had 3-4 stars and there were many more reviews I recall. I remember someone mentioning it was difficult to install but that they found a way to make it easier (this is what brought me back to the reviews in the first place), and I also recall seeing a reviewer write about the sprayer water pressure. Not sure where those all are, but trust the reviews — this is cheap, for a reason :( It’s past my return window, but I’ll be getting rid of this and finding a replacement as we can’t find any way to fix the many leaks.

The faucet head doesn't pull out easily. Sometimes the black plastic liner at the end of the chrome tube comes out attached to the end of the hose (see photo). It also doesn't go back in easily and you have to feed it back in using 2 hands. See photo where hose is bent and not going into faucet body, is spite of having 2 weights. We added the weight from the old faucet but it still doesn't feed back in well. It seems that the black flexible hose is too big around to slide easily through the faucet body. At first we thought it was hanging up on the supply tubes but they are clear.

Broke three days after install. It is also is very short. Had to return after paying a plumber to install it.

I could not be more happy with this purchase. The price was great. Faucet is heavy and well made. Easy to install. Absolutely would reccomend this to anyone who is looking for a high quality faucet with a low price tag.

I waisted my money on this.really disappointed

Great faucet after I got it installed. It was pretty standard until I got to the final black hose connection and there is no swivel nut so I had to tighten it under the sink while someone stood above and twisted the faucet around and around so the hose wouldn’t twist into a knot. That part was a major pain. Other than that, I’m pleased and it looks really nice in my laundry room.

Great price, easy to install, good packaging, and all parts accounted for. When searching for a new faucet for our bathroom, came across this one. Had the newer features of a pull down sprayer, only with a lower profile. Seemed like a perfect fit. Husband saw it and claimed it for his deep sink basin in the basement. Said it would be easier to rinse and clean it. I now get to buy another one. lol
