Q: Will this fit the Bubba 40oz bottle?

I don't know as I have a different make bottle.

Q: Will this fit a 40 oz hydro cell?

I'm not sure if 'hydro cell' is a different brand but this fits a 40oz Hydroflask perfectly. The fit is very tight, and instructions to remove it say to run it under hot water first (to make it more pliable I assume) before trying to remove it - this works, but I only did it once or twice. NOTE: after a couple of years this thing failed miserably, it cracked along the side and then started spider cracking from there. At this same time I also had a silicone cover for a 2nd 40oz Hydroflask and still have it and use it daily - I wouldn't buy this TPU protector again, silicone all the way for me.

Q: Is TPU a better quality material than silicone?

BottleGuard is made of 100% TPU as it is a better quality material than silicone in multiple ways. TPU is more rigid and more abrasion resistant. It does not have a sticky feel so sand, dirt, hair, lint, etc. will not get stuck to it like silicone. Also, because it is not sticky, you can insert or remove more easily. As far as maintenance, you will appreciate how easily BottleGuard wipes clean with a microfiber cloth.

Q: Is there anyway to be notified about when the different sizes will come out? I need this in a 32oz size.
