Delilah Jumbo Premium Natural Medjoul (Medjool) Dates 2 LB

I was looking for something like the old Dromedary dates - sticky, sweet, and yummy. The dates grown in the States aren't like that. These are larger than my favorite Dromedary, but they are just as good, maybe even better! I was worried about the pits, but they come out very easily; in fact, you can actually bite around them. Yes, I actually did that lol. I can't eat many at a time because when I eat sugar it leads to more sugar and then I feel yukky. : ( It's a hypoglycemia thing. But when I cheat, it better be worth it, like handmade chocolates, and these have been added to my sugar cheat list. The box was fine, not tightly wrapped or sealed, but that was just fine.

Product arrived in time. Those dates supposed to be very soft, rich amber-red with outer skin shines with sugar crystals . But the dates I received were bone dry, hard as stones, not edible. Very disappointed

This product was very dry and lacked good flavor. Old stock perhaps?

So this is definitely after the fact but I thought it worth reviewing. i got these dates back in February and they were fantastic. Exactly the same as I git from my local, now close ( :( !! ) Fairway. I tried to order them again in March but they were sold out. So . . . I don't know. This is the best brand of dates I've found.

Maybe it's my fault for having purchased dates directly from a date farm in California, but these were disappointing. I was hoping from truly fresh jumbo Medjools that I could stuff with different cheeses for appetizers. Unfortunately, these "jumbo" are too small. they are still edible and would make great snacks. I'll be tossing them into my shakes to add sweetness and fiber to my morning.

We love the Dates they are delicious. We know many families who come from distant places where Dates were available daily. Well living presently in the NorthEast a good way to purchase quality Dates is to get your dates online. The people I know who grew up on Dates agree that Delilah Jumbo Premium Dates are the best.

Avoid this seller! While Delilah is one of the best brand of medjool dates available, what this seller sends you is sour, dry, rotten dates.
