Works fine

Before I review this purchase I must point out that I have used these filter before and found them to be of good quality. However, on this occasion the filters were very light and the media inside was moving around a lot. When I came to fit them I was unable to expel all the air from the canister and the canister kept floating away from its fitting in the coffee machine. About this time I received an email from Aqualogis asking for a positive review or an email explaining what was wrong. I emailed them with the problems I had experienced and have not received any reply. I have to say I am disappointed with the quality of this product on this occasion.

A lot cheaper than the over priced branded Jura filters, I have not noticed any difference in the taste of the coffee from the machine so will carry on with them

I have had other cheaper filters than the manufactures but they didn,t fit these however do fit and they work just as good.

Have used over 10 of these over the past 2 years and have not had one issue, can genuinely tell the difference living in a hard water area compared to not having one installed.

I bought a pack of 6 and discarded 2 of them. I’m an engineer and suspect these filters should have some sort non return mechanism fitted to ensure your coffee machine does not lose it’s prime or in layman’s terms drain back into the water tank. Every time I switched my Ena 9 on a warning of fill machine would come on. Would advise not to purchase these filters as I didn’t use the last 2 filters as I was concerned the filters would have a detrimental effect my machine.
