I felt the service and shipping was top notch. Installations was a breeze since my boot had already been altered for my last pair of Thermic heaters.These work great and I love the long battery life. I turn them on before I leave the condo and turn them off 6-8 hours later, the batteries have never been totally depleted. I've used them for 39 days.I would not hesitate to give these five stars but for the fact that both batteries turn themselves off at some point during the ski day about 20% of the time. When this happens I can turn them on again no problem but in my experience, once my foot is cold, these heaters are not powerful enough to get me warmed back up.

The control button is on the side and hard to operate and get to the correct setting, with control light even further down and you can’t hardly see it with your ski boots on and trying to control it with the finicky button. It’s another case of people who design the product didn’t even use it once. The connector clip on the battery is on the very bottom and the release is small and sharp. For the price you pay for these and how long they have been making them might expect better design. I’m sure they would tell me I need the Blue Tooth version. That’s all I need another app to deal with.

The screw to attach the battery pack to the clip that holds the heater to boot fell out after 1 week of use and it is not a standard screw so I cannot replace it. Very disappointed
