- Directions for use: Diffusion: Diffuse a few drops of Blue Tansy essential oil in a diffuser for relaxing and peaceful environments. Topical use: Blend 3 drops of oil in 10 ml of carrier oil, rub on temples and forehead for headache relief. Put 1-2 drops of oil onto a handkerchief and breathe in for congestion, cough and old relief.
