Messy and unusable
The putty wouldn't form, once you pull a piece of to put into a form the pays that were seperate will never stick together again so you end up with a million tiny pieces and and everywhere

Just plain awful
We received this as a birthday gift and it was an enormous disappointment.In short:1) The molds are tiny and it's a chore to make enough blocks to build a wall higher than an inch.2) The material sticks to itself, so by the time you have build anything to knock down, it has started to become a single unit.3) The material is light and airy, and when shot from the catapult it does not generate enough force to do more than push the structure you've build backwards.The initial enthusiasm wore off quick and after two attempts to "play" with it, it's going to the giveaway pile.Other parents have done an excellent job explaining the shortcomings, better than I can. Enjoyable playtime
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this series. Got this for my kid and we both had a blast playing with it and flinging this stuff at the other's "creation". It's different than the smooth texture of playdoh, very sand-like, but just as squishy and satisfying to squeeze. I think it offers a nice textile experience for younger kids. It also doesn't dry up like playdoh, which I consider a good thing... adds to the replay value.
