I purchased this trolley recently since I have to walk to the grocery and I shop only in the weekends. I was used to a similar trolley in the country I lived before. The trolley arrived in parts exactly in the picture represented here. I assembled it without difficulty. I walk across difficult surfaces like mud and pavements made of little stones. The big wheels with good ground clearance are sturdy and I didn't face problems. On the way to the grocery in an empty state, the walk was smooth. Once I loaded the trolley at the grocery with about 12 kg and tried to pull the standing loaded trolley, the flexible joint in the frame started to flex backwards and the trolley dragged in standing position instead of rolling behind me. It's a small flex as the movement of pulling angled the trolley more and eventually the frame straightened out after I use the little rod at the bottom to push the trolley in a straighter form. But it is nevertheless inconvenient as you have to push the rod at the bottom every time to prevent damaging the joint and the cloth while pulling. My old trolley had a weight capacity of 34 kg and had no joints like this in its frame which made it extremely sturdy. With this trolley I suspect more than 15 kg would not be advisable. The more weight you load, the more strain on the joint while pulling. This makes a difference to the person pulling the trolley too as a sturdy unjointed frame doesn't transfer any extra strain to the hand. Would request the manufacturers to make a similar trolley with no flexible folding joints or to provide a good scaffolding for the joint to prevent it from bending backward after trolley is straightened out and loaded. That said, the string for tightening the bag is of course convenient as expected and the zipper at the back too is useful for carrying cards and to put the receipts in. The material is water-proof but I haven't been in the rain yet so II am yet to test that but seems like it will hold. Will have to update on longevity and wear and tear maybe in a year.

I love the idea and what I need it for but if it was just a bit more sturdy and even a bit longer I've notices that the velcro will sometimes come apart if u don't pack it right if it's heavier on the right side ive noticed that the velcro will tend to come undone

The product is good. But the tip of this product is very sharp and not polished. I cut my finger during assembling it. I attached lost of tapes on the sharp end... be careful.

I wanted to use it as a platform for a 1 gallon sprayer. I took the canvas bag off easy. then made some plywood inserts and used some gummy strips to hold the sprayer tank in. It works like a champ. My wife loves it. It saves her back big time. We have an acre that need to be sprayed about 3 times a year for weeds. Sorry, I didn't take any pictures.

Me agradó: su diseño, tamaño, versatilidad, peso y color.No me agradó: el asa o agarradera, vino despegada o abierta por la parte de abajo. Esta asa es de plástico y ahora me toca sacarla, pegarla y volverla a colocar. Espero que esto solucione el problema. Se ve que es un error de fábrica pero lamentablemente, me salía mucho más caro devolverla que intentar arreglarla. Por mientras, reposa en mi depósito hasta que pueda arreglarla. Lo que es una lástima porque, salvo por ese detalle, el producto es bastante bueno en general.

It was almost 2 weeks for this item to arrive. When item arrived I was even more disappointed.

great little hand cart/transporter. It is everything as advertised and is more useful than we thought it would be.

The only bad thing is that u have to keep an eye on it. Sometimes the bag falls out.

Too small and wheels are not strong for tranpirtation of groceries
