Can’t switch to another
I swear by this serum. Every time I try another Vitamin C serum I feel it irritates my eyes or doesn’t absorb well. This one absorbs in seconds and has helped with my dark spots.

Glowing skin
Love this product! I use it in the morning and the 4 acid peel drops (from the same company) at night. My skin has never looked better!

Good Basis Serum for Firming and Brightening...I hope
If you haven't read my reviews before, I am VERY PICKY about my skin care...well, let's say I'm that way about everything. If I'm going to use it on my body though, especially my face, I'm going to study the product ingredients, the brands, the reviews and the science, make my choices and use long term in order to figure out whether a product works better for me than others and why.The Organic Pharmacy Stabilised Vitamin C Serum is a British based company that presents itself as a company that wants to be taken seriously because they take our beauty seriously and have done their homework in clinically creating foundational products that work. Let's hope this is true. How will we know for sure? We have to use the product in such a way as to establish if there are results from the product and what results come from the product's use. Sound like I have a scientific research background. Yes, I do.I understand that Serum is applied after steps 1 & 2 of cleansing and toning. Then, your moisturizer is applied on top to seal it and add moisture/protection. Some skin care experts have stated that the serum is The Most Important part of your skin care regimen. I would agree with them. Serums are supposed to contain the most Concentrated active ingredients that do the job you want done for your skin. So, I focus on finding the best serum out there. That's where I would put my money, if I find the product deserves it.I have found that you can find a 5-star, substantially good product that is very inexpensive as well as the poorest product out there for the most expensive price. At it's current offering of $65, this company is offering a substantial product at a more substantial price than most, but less than better known, high-end brands out there. In general, I find that as a resident of the U.S., I pay higher prices for British brands (and some other international brands) than domestic brands.Let's try to dissect whether we are getting a SUPERIOR product for our buck.In this case, this Vitamin C Serum is meant, in this company's words to "Boost Firmness & Collagen; Improve Texture & Brighten; Even Skin Tone" These promises may be the hardest results to perceive and may take the longest to show.I appreciate that this outfit considers themselves to be such purists and experts that they call their brand The Organic Pharmacy. They print which ingredients are organic (hint: it's the most important ingredients, but not all of the ingredients). But they do something all other skin care product brands should do but DON'T.They tell you the %age (15% pure vitamin C in this case) of the main ingredient that is in the product! Kudos!Another thing I like is the re-usable, re-cyclable glass packaging and that they give exact instructions (no guesswork). The product does the job of layering an important amount of concentrated Hyalauronic acid onto the skin.Pure? Well...I question some ingredients. I don't appreciate the harsh Sodium Hydroxide and I HATE Xanthan Gum.So, I will see over time if this brand of Vitamin C is better than another Vitamin C serum. It feels great - but I can do without the added viscosity of Xanthan Gum.Results will take awhile.I plan to update my review with any new results.

Product arrived in unsealed bottle/liquid not filled to top or close to it
Package arrived in an open box. The dropper is not sealed. the product only reached the top of the label and the label was crinkled as if this item was a copy or was used. I am disappointed and returning.

Great Vitamin C Serum.
It is important to me to use "clean beauty" makeup and skincare products free-of potentially harmful ingredients. The Organic Pharmacy combines healthy skincare with science and formulates their products in small stringently controlled batches in their London laboratory. While not all of the ingredients are organic, the key active ingredients are. Here's a list of the ingredients: *Hamamelis Virginiana Flower Water, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Aqua, *Glycerin, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Benzoate, Benzyl Alcohol, Algin, *Citrus Grandis Peel Oil, Chondrus Crispus, Xanthan Gum, Dehydroacetic Acid, Citral *Ingredients from organic farmingI have recently been made aware of the benefits to using a vitamin C serum as part of a skincare routine. This one from The Organic Pharmacy uses a concentrated dose of 15% vitamin C to brighten and even skin tone, boost collagen and improve texture and firmness.I have added this serum to my morning and evening skincare routines and have noticed a positive difference in my skin. My skin is quite dry (living in the high desert certainly doesn't help) so I often struggle to deliver the moisture my skin craves. My skin can sometimes look dull as well. Since using this serum my skin looks brighter, more hydrated, and plumper. I'm really thrilled with the initial results from adding this C serum to my skincare routine. Only time will tell what the long term benefits of using this routinely will be.Although pricey, as clean skincare products tend to be, I am really happy with this Vitamin C Serum from the Organic Pharmacy and recommend it.

Glass dropper is super fragile
I accidentally dropped the dropper cap on the floor the first time I used this, and it shattered. I have other glass dropper bottles that are made of much stronger material than this. I removed the dropper cap from one of them and deliberately dropped it on the floor several times and that dropper did not break. The serum itself seems fine, although I'm going to have to transfer it to another bottle to use.
