If you're used to seeing the high mg's listed for your usual megavitamin pills, then you first read the label here like I did- it just doesn't seem like they would do much. But we'd both be wrong.Since most of the vitamin pills these days, even the better brands, all contain stearates of some kind - I've been looking for a high dosage of B vitamins in a liquid form. This brand came up several times in my net search, but I kinda dismissed it 'cause it seemed so low in the amount of each B compared to what I expected to see. Though I'm definitely a night person, I'm now dropping off to sleep faster and sleeping deeper so waking up in the morning isn't as hard.MAX doesn't taste that bad even all by itself. If I'm running late I'll grab it out of the frig, take 2 droppers-full straight under my tongue then chase it with a swallow of water or my coffee as I rush out the door. If I forget I can always tell 'cause my energy just kind of flattens out over the day ...Max B-ND is high quality - high results liquid B vitamins at a reasonable price. Don't "almost dismiss" them -like I almost did. I think you'll be impressed.

I've tried other brands but Max B-ND is the absolute best B complex on the market. Even if the company seems like a weird pagan cult.Don't take more than the recommended dose - a little goes a LONG way. I did like 3x what they recommend the first time I had it because I was handed the bottle to try by a co-worker. I felt like I was tripping. I was sweating a lot and talking like a mile a minute, it was wild. I mix mine with orange juice in the morning and the energy effect lasts a while. No crash, just great feels.SHAKE WELL! And keep it in the fridge when you open it.

So I use a few items from this company. First I want to say I truly love the values this company has on delivering safe, quality items to it's customers. It's that level of integrity that peeked my interest in purching product's. So this tems has done a few things for me. First it has been a definite mood changer. I can tell a definite difference, more calm and relaxed. The other huge benefit is I have always suffered from a touch of irritable gut but with taking this product I don't have that feeling any more. I add this with juice in the morning as the taste is a bit strong for my liking. I am so pleased I found this and will definitely be ordering more.

This is a very good product and we put it in a morning drink that we have every single day. All of the vitamins and there are very easy to digest and always leave us feeling with energy. We use so much of the stuff that after buying the small 2 ounce container we only buy 8 ounces from now on.

I've got severe adrenal insufficiency, so I need to supplement. This is one of the best ways to get Vitamin Bs and I've tried many. I can notice a slight difference from using it, with all the others nothing.I only like this brand and Dr. Wilson's formulas.This one is fermented which is a plus. Also being a liquid is easier to assimilate and absorb than pill forms.Another important thing is containing folate as opposed to folic acid. Folate is the form we actually need, while folic acid can actually be damaging.I recommend this brand generally, and this formula specifically.

I ordered this on October 29. I have used it each day as directed. 1/2 teaspoon each morning. Today is November 15 and I took the last dose in the bottle this morning. So, one bottle lasts about two weeks. Beware of that when ordering! However, I do believe it makes a big difference in my mood overall. For this reason, I would order again. I'm trying another, cheaper kind right now but kind of have a feeling that I will be back to this one, despite the cost. It's easy to take. I feel that it is loads easier than the sublingual liquids (I just have a hard time keeping liquid under my tongue for some reason... maybe that's just me.) I take this kind in about a fourth cup of beet juice each morning and it's great. I deducted a star because of the price but I do believe it works mood-wise.

I love this form of b complex. It has made me feel so much better since taking it. My moods have improved and I’m less tired. I was told that every woman should be on B complex, and ever since I started taking this two months ago I would never go back. The liquid is easy on my stomach and I do feel it is easier assimilated. The taste is STRONG and GROSS. But I don’t leave it in my mouth long enough to think about it. I basically just shoot it down my throat and chase it with some water. Would definitely recommend.
