I used the 5L Wood Protective Treatment in Light Brown to treat my garden fence and outdoor furniture, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the results. The color is a beautiful, natural-looking light brown that enhances the wood grain without overpowering it. It gives a lovely warm tone that blends perfectly with my outdoor space.Application was a breeze. The formula is smooth and easy to apply, whether you're using a brush or sprayer, and it absorbs into the wood nicely without any streaks or uneven patches. One coat already made a big difference, but after two coats, the wood looked well-sealed and protected.The waterproofing and UV protection properties are fantastic! After a couple of heavy rainfalls, I can see the water beading up on the surface, and the wood looks as good as new, with no signs of fading. I feel confident that this treatment will provide long-lasting protection against the elements.

I use this to protect my garden office, it hardly smells and the coverage is really good. the colour is a dark oakish but will darken down significantly after 2-3 coats. once applied water beads off the surface and no odour is left at all, east to apply with a roller or fence brush. dries fast, no issues. well worth the price.

Easy to apply and provides a high level of protection for sheds etc. I reapply once every couple of years and it keeps the shed in great condition and looking good.

Does what it says on the tin. I can see rain not penetrative at all.Looks great in dark brown on both my summer and winter garden houses.Is what was originally supplied with both the sheds but I was so pleased with it, its part of my maintenance programme

Easy to use, quite splashy but this is controlled by using a smaller brush rather than a standard fence panel brush. Good coverage, long-lasting - retreat external woodwork every 5 years or so…

I used this exact product on my shed when I bought it about 3 years ago. It spends all day in the sun so after 3 years it needed a freshen up. I was so impressed with this product when I used it 3 years ago that I bought it again. It’s pricier than other shed paints, but in my opinion it’s worth it. It creates a barrier to moisture which you can see when it rains, as the rain beads up and runs off rather that soaking in.I have an apex shed which is 10ft x 14ft, and about 6ft from floor to lowest point of the roof. The 5L tin was enough to cover the entire exterior of the shed in 1 coat, with a tiny amount left over.
