I have to admit that I haven’t used the mouth piece around anyone yet for them to let me know if it’s helps with my snoring so I can’t say for sure.What I can say is that I love the nose pieces, mainly the soft silicone type one. It’s comfortable, I hardly know it’s there and it really helps me breathe better. It has to be helping as I am sleeping more solid for longer and I typically wake up hourly at night. I also can now go to sleep with my mouth closed, at night I can’t breathe so I’m normally a mouth open sleeper. There are two types of nose pieces to choose from and I like them both but prefer the soft one. Each type has size choices (I use the smallest in both options) and you get a small plastic case to keep your plugs in so it’s more sanitary.The sleep mask is perfect and comfy, plus it’s contoured so that it doesn’t place pressure on your face, eyes etc but really blocks the light; the strap is adjustable with velcro. I haven’t washed it yet so not sure how it holds up. Seems like washing in a garment bag will help keep safe.The chin strap is actually good and comfortable but I just can’t wear it to sleep, I can’t have something around my head like that or I get a headache so it’s not the strap it’s me, I would recommend though.I’m absolutely ordering another one of these for my big sister and one more for me for work travel. If you want a simple affordable solution that helps, you’ll find something in this kit you’ll like.

I did not purchase through amazon. I purchased through their website. The site has the five items for $67. There is no refund, just an exchange or store credit, and if you return items, a $25 disposal fee. After all that, the chin strap at the chin irritates my skin, and first night i had it too tight, jaw hurt, I tried three nights in a row, couldn't make it two hours. I did like the nose vents. I won't try the mouth guard - afraid the position of my jaw will cause pain. I'm giving the ear plugs to my husband. We've purchased an adjustable bed. Ha, I'm eating that $67 and paying out thousands. LOL I guess it's a drop in the ocean. Don't go to their site, just amazon if you need to try. I do highly suggest that if you purchase ONE thing, you can get store credit or an exchange.

I bought this kit to help my husband sleep. I liked that there were 5 different things to try. I tried the nose openers and that works great! My husband said I had a a short burst of snoring, so I was going to try the chin strap. I opened it up the chin strap and the room filled with the most awful burnt plastic like smell. It is awful! I put it in the living room hoping it would air out, but over night it just made my living room smell! I would recommend getting the nose openers, but not this kit with the putrid smelling chin strap!

My daughter recommended this for her sleep apnea and with her snoring, as it really did work for her. My dentist also recommended it for me as well, as my c-pap did not agree with me. The oral device is very helpful. My husband says he never hears me snore or have moments of apnea.

This product significantly reduced my snoring. It took me only one night to get used to the mouthpiece, and I found it to be quite effective. The directions for moulding the forms are extremely clear, and took only a few minutes. I used the magnetic nose plugs as well, but I suspect they do very little for me.

Great value and the mouth piece completely got rid of my snoring. It took about 2/3 nights to adjust but I get much deeper sleep now. If you’re on the fence, just add to cart, trust me you won’t regret it.
