Pantum M6802FDW Wireless Monochrome Laser Printer Scanner Copier Fax All in One, Wireless Networking and Duplex Printing for Home and Office Use (V1X47B)

Bought this for a home office quarantine setup, liked the price and loved the features. It was really easy to set up following the included instructions: just go to the manufacturers web site, put in the model #, download drivers, run the exe file, it worked perfectly. I like that it came with a power cord and a usb printer cable so it can be direct wired to the computer. A CD with the drivers was also included, but I didn't use it. The printing, scanning and faxing all worked great ! Haven't used it as a copier yet, so I can't comment on that part, sorry. The only negative comment I have is this: no instruction manual was included. But it was easily found on the web site. Reading through it was only mildly helpful. The use of the machine is pretty straight forward, the screen asks questions as each step progresses. You can figure it out by just using the screen and pushing what button it says. Print quality is fine, not too loud of an operating noise either. So far we love it !

Printer worked like a charm until you have to replace the toner drum and ink cartridge. Then the error messages do not reset and the printer will not work. Support was useless as they do not return emails or phone calls and their chat does not work. Stay away from Pantum!!! I've contacted them more than 10 times with no results. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I've been having an four letter word time with printers for a spell. I took a shot on this one and it worked instantly, unlike my last two in the past year that would not work on Windows 10 no matter what I did. I had no trouble setting up drivers for this printer and it's easy to operate. I just want to be able to print stuff, damn it. It scans, has a doc feeder, it can fax, and software is easy to understand. So far, it just works. This one only does black ink which is what I wanted. Pictures look fine. Pantum is a new name for me and I hope they continue to not suck. I'll be loyal to the brand unless they turn to crap like all the big names everybody knows. I've owned them all. This is the first printer I haven't had to fight with. Keep it up, Pantum, and you'll acquire some decent market share."Pantum, We Choose Not to Suck!"How's that for a slogan.Please don't bail or sell out if you make too much money. Maintain decency, will you please? Come on, dare to be different. Please don't make me have to hate you in a few years. Printers have been so crappy for a while now that I'm afraid of what I might say (bad words and such - and I'll blame YOU for it).Thanks for not making crap so far.

The printer doesn't work correctly it doesn't always connect to ur phone nor computer and it's not even saying the type of printer it is irs giving a completely different identification when u ask what all details r in the settings to print off its ridiculous dont bye this junk

Does what the title says, just go to their website, type in your model name, download the driver, and get started. Should be alot easier than that but its not. Why? Idk.Update 8/29/21: The USB port on the printer seems to have been broken. I purchased a new USB printer cable and that didnt work. So I am assuming the printer itself is broken. How can a 200$ printer break in the most important part, the USB port? This is a joke. Do not buy this printer.

Instructions are very limited, tech support is even more limited -almost non existent. You’re basically on your own for set up. Can not scan via feeder and the only way I could get it to scan multiple documents was to plug in the USB. Print , copy and scan quality is ok. I do not use the fax feature so I can’t comment on that.Once you get this all in one printer, scanner, copier up and running it is adequate for home use. I probably would not recommend this for everyday use, it is slow.

Started as a bit if a learning curve to set it up. It comes with a cd which I give kudos for that, but I was trying to set it up in my smaller office, which does not have a CD ROM. But with some research I got it figured out. I don't use color on my print so I stick with laser printer for cost of ink. I needed a replacement (as I loaned my printer out, it does not seem to be returning, lol) that included scan & fax. I don't use those options often, but like the saying goes...When you don't have it is when you need it. I highly recommend this for a home office. I operate a small business & this works perfect for my needs.

There is nothing good about this machine. I do not know who wrote the good reviews but I would say it has to be the cousin, children, uncles of the owner of the company.I thought I was doing well when I started assembling it. But before long I called my friend's son who is a tech person. All three of us put our heads together and finally got it to print a test sheet of paper. They went home so happy it was finally fixed!...uh no..the following day it would do basically nothing at all!! I held on to it too long waiting for help to figure it out. So now I cannot even return it!!!!!
