definitely not grade 1
I have eventually gotten around to reviewing these boots, which I bought ages ago. Very disappointed. Definitely not grade one condition. Very tatty, falling apart really, badly repaired on the inside, repair fell apart after an hour or so of wearing. Not worth the money, threw them out after a couple of weeks. The reason I remebered this after so long is that I am looking to buy a pair of new, non issued para boots, but not from this supplier.
