I have wide feet so I bought 1.5 sizes larger than my foot. In my case, the Pakems Vail boot is just wide enough...a little tight in width for my feet, but the fabric flexes fine. In front of the toe I have good space. There is no arch support but I didn't expect to have any. Absolutely warm! While I have not camped with them yet, I have used them outside for hours at a time, in mid 20 degree weather with just a light cotton sock and they have kept my feet toasty. So easy to put on and take off and very comfortable. No more shoe laces for the camp or around the house. Nice enough looking that I have worn them shopping.

I got these shoes to use with my snow skate I recently ordered. A friend recommended that I get after ski shoes/boots.I found these, which looked nice in the photos and had a very good price tag attached. Although, I have not used them for the snow skate or ski trip yet, I'm not disappointed by the style and the fit. So far, so good. I will keep you posted.

Warning - The product website states that a tote bag is included. Amazon’s web site does not mention a tote bag and it was not included in my order. I am considering returning them.

Funcionó muy bien para mi viaje a Canadá este diciembre, es impermeable y nunca sentí frío en los pies. Lo que no es recomendable es caminar mucho con estos zapatos pues no tienen soporte y son planos. Son cansados para caminar largas distancias!

Though these fit well and packed away great in the bag included, they are not waterproof or very warm. In the second day using them walking in Quebec snow and occasional slush in December, they leaked near the toe, heel, and side. This was where the rubber of the sole met the fabric, not near any opening. On the first day, before the leak, they were cold even when I wore two pairs of wool socks.

This comes with a pop-out insole. I knew the boot was a zero drop boot without that insole, but the insole have a big foam bump on the heel of it which pads/raises the heel. So I substituted a flat Spenco thin lightweight green insole that is one flat piece and the same thickness all over, one for each boot. I trimmed the Spenco a bit since it was a bit too long (the Spenco fits mens 10-11) and put these in the boots. Boots fit great and feel great. Incredibly lightweight but good traction, and a great price. They feel really good.

So I first bought the Chamonix, and then a pair of these for the real snow. You can plow through deep snow and keep the feet dry and warm. I was surprised! Good boot.

My husband was hesitant about these for our Colorado Xmas trip this past winter, but let me say... he absolutely loved them! Play in the snow, walked comfortably and super confidently looking with this walk on clouds boots. Must try them!
