I like this tracker. It's simple and does what I need it to do. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the manual is confusing which made setting it up harder than it should have been. The set up is actually easy. Remove the wrist band, charge the display unit in a USB port, download the free app to your phone, fill out your profile, sync the two and that's it. I use it to track steps, distance and calories. I have a fitness app in my phone but I'm not carrying my phone 100% of the time, so the tracker is more convenient. I like the way it looks and feels too. I have very small wrists and was afraid it would be too loose to get a good reading. It fits great. In fact, I could make it even smaller and tighter. Bottom line? I think it's a fun little device and does what you would expect for the price. Wearing it right now :)

1st, the instructions were printed in light gray, about 3 point font. Even under bright light, almost impossible to read, and the English was hard to understand.2nd, it didn't work. Either the instructions were too vague, or they didn't match the product I got.3rd, I couldn't even do what it said to do! Take the band apart from the host to charge it. The band won't come off!I have totally wasted my money on this item. If ZERO stars were possible, that's what I'd give it.I want my money back.

Props to the brand for creating a wireless fitness smartwatch. All you need to do is remove the bands and find a USB port to plug the smartwatch in. Clean, responsive and bright interface. Heart rate monitor is a big plus especially being that many of the big competing brands did not implement the heart rate monitor until much later. Additionally, the competing smartwatch brands with this feature usually cost much more.

Honestly, I would give this thing zero stars if I could. Unless mine was just defective this thing looks pretty but it doesn't work. My husband wore it for just a few minutes and it said he had taken almost 200 steps (he'd barely moved). And every time it took his blood pressure it read crazy different readings. Some that really couldn't be possible. We wanted this to monitor his BP, so we had to return it when it really didn't do what it promised to do. If you are getting this to monitor your steps or your BP, you should look elsewhere.

If I could give negative stars I would. 1st, the instructions were horrible; Very small print, incomprehensible, and useless. 2nd, no charging cable but instead you need to pull off the band and put in a charging port it cube for a minimum of 3 hours...I did over night. 3rd, the monitors for heart rate, blood pressure, and even steps are so in accurate it’s also confusing. 4th, even after downloading the app to my phone, it did not measure any sleep activity...for two sleep sessions. Don’t waste your time or money on this app. Oh and I forgot to mention, you cannot set the date it time unless you link to a device.

It's painful to wear. It doesn't come remotely close to accurately tracking your step count. According to it, I take roughly 500 steps a day...... Which I can assure you, is wayyyy off., so how can I trust anything it "tracks"? It's just trash. I would say, you get what you pay for, but I have another step counter that was only $12, and it links up with my google fit tracker. This doesn't link up with anything...

Cute piece, looks exactly as pictured!!! Very easy to charge and design is very stylish.I have tried it own during my morning run this morning and it shows heart rate pretty accurate. Price is very reasonable, so I want to order one more for my girlfriend.😁😁😁

I ordered the purple, but it is a pink/magenta color in reality. Wristband is super cheap plastic that won't stay tucked in. Steps were off, sleep measure was 4-5 hours short of what I actually got. App is super cheaply made, data is not truly sync'd between band and app, only takes a measurement when you open app and click to take a measurement.I have another fitness tracker R5-Pro for $10 more. It is everything I want in a watch on my wrist and an app I use on my phone.
