Confessions of a Rebel Angel: The Wisdom of the Watchers and the Destiny of Planet Earth

Confessions...is an excellent book from a unique point of view. The series of books by Wylie, however ,becomes more repetitious with each following book. The reading is addictive until you realize that he has an agenda of wanting to enlighten us on the cult group called the Process and even though you're willing to let him force his story on you ,which has no relevancy towards the story line of the fallen watcher, you're re willing to let him do this just so you can receive more insight from the watcher, which is what, I believe, most people want to read about. If you buy Wylie's other books you'd 'll see that there is less information and insight from the source called the watcher and more from Wylie's diary memories of the cult. I was not interested in the cult information and found that I mostly skipped over it just to land on the dialogues from the watcher. Mr Wylie ,like many who survive war and s hard life, puts his trust, so often ,in extreme personalities, situations , and drugs that have enlightened him but God help us all from having in our lives what he experienced to get to that point. s
Confessions...is an good book from a unique point of view, at least this first book is. The series of books by Wyllie , however, becomes more repetitious with each following book. The reading is addictive until you realize that he has an agenda of wanting to enlighten the public that taking mind altering drugs, joining a cult, and being led around like a bull with a ring in its nose by a vain, egocentric ,manhating ,egocentric prostitute which he called , the divine goddess, is not a bad thing....but I digress, as the author will do, a couple hundred times throughout this book and this series of books. Willie's books are as much about his diary of experiences in the cult called the Process as it is about the information and enlightenment given from the channelled watcher, which is what I thought the book would be more about. If you're re willing to let him force his cult experiences on you just to access the info from the watcher, just skip over his personal cult life and go directly to the dialogue of the watcher. If you buy Willie's other books in this watcher series you will be less and less satisfied with the watcher info as it becomes more repetitious and less enlightening while Wyllie continues to expound on the frenetic mind controlling experiences he had as a cult member.

Interesting and Quite a Bit of Fun!
I have been a reader of Timothy Wyllie's books for almost twenty years now, and I have never been disappointed. My reading of "Confessions of a Rebel Angel" has done nothing to alter that streak. It was an interesting, fun read. Actually VERY fun.Now there are a few ways to read this book: 1) You can read it as someone who is reading it for intellectual/informational purposes, 2) you can read it as someone who simply enjoys reading for fun, or 3) you can read it as a combination of the two. I read it as a "#3," and I recommend new readers do the same.If you read it just for intellectual reasons you run the risk of dismissing a lot of the content. This is written from the point of view of a rebel angel -- whether you believe that or not -- and therefore the book may raise a lot of eyebrows or get dismissed if someone reads it purely from an information-seeking perspective. In addition -- as I mentioned -- this is a fun read. If you read it with too critical an eye, you can miss out on that fun. In my opinion, missing out on a chance to have fun is rarely a good approach to anything! If you read the book solely for fun, however, you may miss the opportunity to absorb the details that are provided (as well as the later opportunity to ruminate on what I found to be quite thought-provoking information). My guess is that the great majority of people would pick this book up as an informational tool, so I don't think reading it for fun would ever be a problem.I read "Confessions of a Rebel Angel" with an open mind. It has its share of head-scratchers, but those items are either explained later, thought about and understood later, or simply dismissed. As I mentioned, this book is fun... there was never a point where I was so hung up on anything that I chose to stop reading the book. Those items were so minute -- and so few in number -- that I wrote them off, or "dismissed" them as my own failing to understand. For me this book was a revelation. I have read "The Urantia Book" and numerous other books on theories of our history, and am well aware of what Georgia was stating in regard to cosmology, etc. The additional information gleaned from her account, however, was invaluable and a breath of fresh air. What was even more revelatory, however, was Georgia's point-of-view when it came to Mr. Wyllie, and how similar patterns exist between Mr. Wyllie's life and those of many other people I have met. It was uncanny. Perhaps you will see similarities in others, including yourself, after reading this book. Though I have read Timothy's other books and found them interesting, there was a different twist in "Confessions" with new puzzle pieces being provided by Georgia that really felt "right." At the end of the day I felt more at peace with what I have come to realize about our existence. In many ways, this book was a reaffirmation of my own voracious appetite for understanding.I would again whole-heartedly recommend another Timothy Wyllie book. Actually, the only thing I didn't like about the book was the title. Methinks that has more to do with the connotation that this former Catholic applies to "confessions," though!Open your mind (and your heart), read this book, think about what you are reading, and have some fun.

Confessions of a Rebel Angel
Confessions of a Rebel AngelBy Timothy WyllieBook Review by Martin GreenhutThis book is really by Georgia, Timothy's angelic associate who is using his mind and body to write this fascinating story. Timothy participates as her associate. After getting to know Georgia through her narrative in this series of books, I have come to the conclusion that these angels, daughters of Mother Spirit, are here to do mother's work, watching over us through our spiritual childhood in physicality here on Earth. Her story incorporates over half a million years of our planetary history, since our world was originally given its ruling prince, Caligastia. She also details the biography of "her ward", Timothy, as only an angel could. The history of our world, describing the Lucifer Rebellion of 203,000 years ago and the ensuing planetary struggles are well described in Georgia's diary. This diary runs side by side with Georgia's description of the birth, childhood, education and life of Timothy Wyllie. Her narrative is certainly an angelic view of these happenings. That is what makes this book so outstanding and unique, It is an angel's experiences narrated for us in great detail so we can get to acquaint ourselves with her nature, her life experience, and responsibilities. At the same time she gives us her half million years of life, on angelic duty here on Earth, as well as the detailed biography of her "ward" with whom she is writing this book. The planetary history that she describes includes a nuclear war and its aftermath, the development of the great Lemurian civilization, and that of Atlantis. The biography of Timothy who is a very serious and dedicated person, is a story of great difficulties and great victories.I couldn't put this book down once I started to read it.>

The confusion of thought!
To understand the reading of this book you would have to be able to accept what it is saying. Reading this story, which is what I think it is is entertaining at best. A prospective if you will of someone else's possible experience/explanation of what they interpreted what has happened in they life to explain their understanding of where we are and where we're going. Like I said, entertaining reading.
