This is a great shredded, unsweetened coconut. Use it in my Almond Cow for making plant based milk, great product.

Excellent price and convenience for naturally great-tasting coconut, made even better with Subscribe & Save. I will be using plenty of this in my holiday cooking and baking, as well as some winter skincare. The shred is very fine – not stringy like the sweetened shredded coconut typical of grocery store baking aisles – but that is ideal for how I plan to use it. Since I bought the 5-pound bag, I will be dividing it up and freezing it tomorrow so I can take out what I need as I need it.

I enjoy the shredded coconut with my morning oatmeal.

This coconut is great, but for desiccated is a bit more course then others I've purchased. I actually run it through the blender dry before adding the hot water when making coconut milk. Not a big deal, but not a 5 star.

Wanted to use for a cake. Much dryer than expected. No flavor..
