The taste and shelf life are questionable. It is a good substitute for recipes and alcohol drinks. For limeade, Lime oil has a dominant taste. Gives off a lime peel taste. No real guideline how long it keeps once opened. But mine lasted 2 weeks in refrigerator. Unwise to buy gallon unless u freeze.

Superb product....Great Value for the money!!!!!!!!!I did some research. Lime is more acidic than lemon. You solve the problem by adding sugar. The key is the ratio of sugar to water in the simple syrup.I used 2:1 and it was too sweet try 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar to 1 cup of water. then all you need is 3 ounces of lime juice and 12 0z of water and you get Limeade.

This lime juice arrived in perfect condition; packaged well and swift delivery. The product itself was even better than I imagined. It tastes and looks fresh. I found no sugar added which is perfect for baking and making great limeade with low glycemic coconut sugar. Really enjoyed this product and will purchase again and again!

We made fresh limeade with sliced lemons. Also great for mixed drinks.I would buy this again to try for pies.

Nice Key Lime Flavor. Great Price. Would give it 5 stars but it arrived without a safety tamper seal. Worried me some.

I had high hopes for this stuff, because I use a lot of key lime juice in our cherry lime cokes. Since our local grocery store has let it run out of stock multiple times in the last couple of months, I thought having this subscription would work. Plus the price was great. But this stuff tastes as if they wring a good part of the juice out of the rind, because it is bitter- very bitter. It is possible I just got a bad jug of it, but I just don't want to be stuck with another one.

My family cooks a lot of lime juice marinated meats. This juice is better than the RealLime version.

Bought this an alternative to squeezing fresh keylimes to make key-lime pie. . It does not taste the same.. Ended up going with Nellie and Joes brand that tastes how key-lime juice should taste..
