Great way to consume Kale in various ways as a topping for many dishes!!!

I use these cow flakes in my soups, stews, and sauces. They are very versatile and delicious.

Dehydrated kale! Great way to add some greens to anything and everything. I love keeping dried spinach and kale on hand for use in smoothies, soups, sauces, adding to meat loaf or burgers (using meat or an alternative), etc etc. While I can easily get my hands on spinach, I dont always find kale when I am at the store closest to me. I live in country, so stores are a little further away. I am not one to go to the store all the time, so I rely on some shelf stable products. My gardening skills aren't great, but I am working on it. As I become more successful in growing stuff, I will be dehydrating. In the mean time, I rely on companies to make a good product for me to use. Badia spices and such have always been pleasing to me, and I will buy this again.

Great product wish container had a spoon side for pouring larger quantities.

I couldn’t find these kale flakes at the grocery store anymore so I’m glad Amazon has them. You can sprinkle the kale flakes in ANYTHING (salads, smoothies, soups, meats, and whatever else you make). It’s a great way for picky people, big and small to get some greens in.

So great to add to my morning scrambled egg!

If you are trying to get more greens into your food, this is a little extra way to sneak some in.....the flavor is delicious and I sprinkle this over fruit bowls, mashed potatoes, and season other foods too. Highly recommend.
