I bought the candle holders for my daughters wedding reception. They are heavy enough to hold a 12” taper so it won’t fall over. The candle fits in there very snuggly so it will stand up straight. The glass was clear and didn’t seem to have any flaws. They are simple and will not be distracting. Since all candles have to be enclosed I also bought a 14” chimney to put over it and a 5” round mirror to place under it. The whole set together looks very nice and I think it will add to the table arrangements.

As I was searching for candle holders I was buying both the holder and the candles which I needed for a baptism. Having to buy both unseen made me a little nervous about the fit of the candles in the holder. I chose these candle holders for a couple of reasons: first I loved the simple look; second the description said they came with a clear insert to help guarantee a snug fit. When they arrived I was not disappointed in the look. They looked better than I anticipated. Unfortunately not knowing the exact diameter of the candle, the clear insert as advertised was critical. There were no inserts with the candle holders. The candles don’t fit snug. They don’t stand up. I’m sure the insert would have solved this issue. Now I am forced to wrap tape around the bases of candles that are meant as a keepsake. Very disappointed especially since I chose these specifically for the included inserts.

Had these on my Thanksgiving table and many complimented how elegant they looked. Just a simple candlestick holder that I know will be useful for many different situations!
