I am having surgery soon and I thought this might help me recover faster and be more comfortable. I wanted to get it before surgery to test it out and get use to it. First off, it was super easy to put on, only a few steps and it fits great. It took me about 30 minutes to put it together and no leaks. I plugged it in and read how to use the remote and figured out all the bells and whistles. Everything is super easy to understand and it’s very user friendly. My first time trying it was great. I was a little nervous thinking it was going to be a jet stream but the low setting was gentle and the heated seat is fantastic! I used all the settings and it seems like this is going to be wonderful. The dryer was better than expected due to so many reviews saying it barely dries but I thought it did a decent job. I felt clean and fresh afterwards and thinking I am going to love this. The added bonus is how it lights up and the soft close lid. I am hoping this lasts a long time!

There is no instruction book just a single laminated sheet. The instal instructions are vague and in very small print. The unit itself works as expected. No frills or many options, just simple to use. Not too hard to instal even without much help.

Worth every penny! I upgraded from a very basic, 1-knob manual style bidet attachment that just sprays a hard stream of cold water. On a whim I got the much more versatile and feature-laden Inus, and wow - I didn't realize what I was missing out on all these years. Love the heated seat, heated water, warm-air dryer, and all the various settings and adjustments that can be made. Very easy to install with a little plumbers tape and wrench - it comes with a standard adapter unlock some others. Makes using the potty a fun experience. The ONLY downside as some others have mentioned is the flow pressure could be stronger...like I said, I'm used to a very strong flow from the older bidet and this one does feel like it could be stronger, even on the highest setting. It still does a great job, and overall my backside has never felt cleaner, but if there's one thing that could be improved it would be the flow pressure for those situations where you really want to clean things out. Still, highly recommended and I would purchase from Inus again.

I love the bidet seat over all. It works great. Mayne I’m just not super familiar with the remote but sometimes when I go to touch the mode it doesn’t do anything. Maybe my fingers are dry?? Also when you hit done- I noticed the water heater light will come on and sometimes I have a harder time turning it off. I have to keep touching it. Idk what I’m doing wrong. Maybe it’s a little glitch but over all I’m very happy with it.

Edited two weeks later: If you have GI issues and are on the fence about getting one of these- dude, just do it. I wish I hadn't waited so long.I'm not a handy person at all, and I was able to install this seat myself (one note, if the black rubber thing pops out, it goes to the part of the t thingy that connects back to the toilet). The only difficulty I had was that the control arm is on the same side as the hookup to my toilet, so I did struggle quite a bit with it in the way.This thing is fantastic! This is my first bidet, but I can't imagine having one without the adjustable position, oscillating cleansing, adjustable pressure, and heated water.The air actually dried my bum quite nicely, but if I use the bidet option, my lady parts don't get hit with the air. No biggie- I just have a towel nearby

This bidet is like the best thing I've bought all year and the year before. Been using for a few weeks, we have the remote control which is nice until you put it in your purse and take out with you....won't do that again. The temperature control is good, the pressure I think is perfect unlike our last bidet that was like a laser cutter. Cleaning is very easy. Haven't had any issues other than it is starting to wiggle, I think retightening every couple of weeks is probably best. The whole bidet setup is much bigger than I am use to and when the lid opens and shuts it does hit the tank a bit but nothing that would keep us from returning it. Well worth the price.

Just got back from a trip to Japan. Where I used bidet for the first time. Came home and ordered two. This baby has all the features. It will do everything but cook breakfast for you

It works great. Installs as expected. the only feature that i would add is an angle adjustment, but i can just wiggle around to get everything clean. ladies might appreciate a model with temperature control or heat.
