Good tool
I don't have a precision weights & measure office in my neighborhood. But from the test I can run from my woodshop it seems to be dead-on. My one complaint is that the angle starts so high on the blade. To tune in my tablesaw, I have to crank the blade almost to max height before I can set it. That's real hassle when you have to switch between 90 and [precisely] 45 as much as I do. Otherwise its good (accurate, solid, easy to use...).

Incredible instrument ! A must for every shop !
Very well designed, a lot of metal, superb craftmanship ! Feels really good in hands. And the most important, the 45 degree accuracy is dead on ! I tested it on my Starrett 36" straight edge (I drew a line by butting it against one egde, the flipped over to the opposit edge and drew another line on the top of the first line). Incredibly accurate.I didn't check the 90 degree accuracy and do not really care since I also have purchased Incra Square (still in transit, haven't received it). I am totally convinced that the 90 degree square will be just as accurate as this one !Close your eyes and buy it. You will not go wrong with this one.

Great, just great!
Look at where the red part meets the gold, there's a lip there. This lip lets you rest the red part over the edge of a board and it won't tip over or move; it's a great feature. Because this tool is so accurate; I don't keep it in my apron, which means I don't use it a lot. However, I mainly bought it to keep my tools aligned, which it does perfectly. If you can get over the outragous price, you'll love it, along with their regular square too. Incra is hard to beat when it comes to precision instruments, and they've done a fine job here.

Worth the $$
Very pricey, but worth the money IMHO. I bought the 90 & 45, and they are the last word on squareness. I make picture frames, and if the angles aren't dead on in all directions, it will not come out right. I use these to check the machinery, and then the final parts. I do not believe for a second that they will hold their squareness if dropped on the floor as advertised, however. But, this is up to the user to be carefull.....

Perfection
I bought the Incra Guaranteed Square and used it for about a week. This was an upgrade from an older square I had and I was so impressed with the construction and finish of this tool that I almost immediately bought the guaranteed 45. As expected it is an exemplary tool in every way.In fact, my shop is liberally stocked with Incra tools and not a single one has been anything short of perfect. This company has my highest endorsement.

45 degrees yes, but not also 90 degrees as advertis
I've got both the 45 and 90. This one is a great 45 degree tool and performs as well as the 90 degree model. It is advertised as also being a 90 square, standing on it's head (see picture is ad for detail), but mine is way off 90 compared to my 90 degree which I have verified as being square.I know I bought it for 45 degrees, but it's very pricey and this was a let down from Incra.

BUY IT
I also own the 90 degree version which in my opinion is a must in the shop. I use it to align all of my saws. The 45 degree is perfect for, well 45 degrees. as with the 90 degree version I have no clue as to why there is a threaded bolt hole in the blade. I will email Incra about this as i am just plain curious about this.

Ultra high quality 45
The Incra tool line is one of the best tools a wood worker can have in the shop. They are all usa (the things i have bought) and are built to last and be top shelf on quality. They are pricey though, but arent things that are built to last gonna cost more. Ohh, and did i mention built right here in the good ol usa
