Inverter died under 2 years But see update
Updated: Anker reached out to me about my issue, was able to resolve it and ultimately made things right. They explained that something had gone wrong in the communication channels and that they should have been in contact with me sooner. Given how much I like their audio/phone charging products and that I ultimately received the support I'm accustomed to with Anker, I would not hesitate to try the new powerbank options they have on the market. The LFP (lithium iron phosphate) battery options, inverter size, charge rates, etc., in their newer models appears to be competitive with the big 3 names in the powerbank industry.Original review:Inverter died just under 2 years with light use. I used it occasionally to charge my laptop. Recently I plugged my laptop in and nothing. Being consious of the 100 watt max output, I never connected a load of more that 45 watts. I reached out to Anker. Though they were polite, the only troubleshooting they offered was to advise me to connect a wall phone charger to the inverter to verify no voltage. Well, I responded to Anker that the phone charger... and my Fluke multimeter, seem to agree that the inverter is no longer outputting any ac voltage. Then they advised the powerhouse 200 was out of warranty and they could not help me further (unless i had another powerhouse 200 I had purchased more recently??). The usb and 12 volt still work, but it's inconvenient that I have to bring my larger Bluetti powerbank if I want to charge my laptop. The unit was decent when it worked, but was alway a little quirky, in that you cannout use the USB outputs if the unit is charging (no pass through charging). This has never been an issue with any of my Bluetti products, which also have a far superior warranty period. I Guess I have an excuse to pick up Bluetti's new EB3A 268wh powerbank.

Incredibly useful
Kinda got tired of working from home, and decided to work outdoors for a day. This giant power bank provided enough power for my laptop and cell phone for a 10 hour work day. I used my phone as a hot spot and used only audio on Zoom calls. Using video requires more CPU usage, and would likely burn up more power. By the time I shut down for the day, the power bank still had about 20% left. I suspect battery performance will decrease over time, but so do all battery powered devices. The power bank is stylish and not too heavy. But it's heavy enough to break itself if dropped.. The front display and trim is all plastic, so handle gently. Mine came partially charged, and a little a dusty with a few scuff marks. So I'm not sure if this was a returned item, or maybe there are some quality issues at the factory. The power bank worked fine, so I decided not to return it. I wish Anker would seal their boxes though.Apparently, you can power small appliance with this thing as long as it's below 100 watts. I don't plan on taking any appliances with me when I go camping, but it's nice to know I can.

Good alt to expensive CPAP back ups. High quality and smaller then expected
I have to say Anker delivers a good product. Right away I was pleased with how much smaller and sturdy it was then I was expecting even after reading the dimensions. the screen is easy to read and over all the battery is very easy to use.I got this as I am planning a trip where I will not have power at night for my CPAP but can recharge during the day. As I am taking this trip by car and will use it my home also the fact this unit is not permitted on planes didn't bother me.I charged it up and plugged my CPAP in for a test night. I use a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset and I am set to 19 so the machine draws a lot of power. for the first test I turned off the humidity heater to minimize power consumption. I got 7.5 hours of sleep and I awoke to it still having a 50% charge. I normally get 6-7 hours of sleep so I may be able to turn the humidity ona little but it was not horrible sleeping without it. I will run more tests to see what I can do.Overall though this was a successful test and I will be able to rely on this should I lose power at home and for my upcoming trip.

Truly a little Powerhouse....
This thing is a little beast, dense and well constructed. I purchased a Rockpals 100W Foldable Solar Panel Charger to go with it and could not be happier. This soaked up the solar power much faster than I thought it could and now I basically have my own mini solar power station. Speed of charging via USB C is also terrific. The versatility of the USB C power delivery, 2 USB A outputs, car output and regular AC outlet is a great thing to have for campers or anyone who just wants a nice portable or emergency power supply. It's half the capacity of the original powerhouse [and also about half the original price] but the addition of USB C power delivery and lighter weight are good trade offs. Very happy with it.

AC plug stopped working!!!
It is helpful to use, charging the unit via an extension cord during the day and having an extra plug at night. This allows me to have two plug ins simultaneously and carry the Anker unit around my house for portable power as my house is not wired. However, the AC plug stopped working and I can no longer utilize the unit to my desired capacity and therefore I will need to have a replacement unit. I hope that they fix this as is otherwise a great unit.

Five stars for product and service!
I use this as a full time battery backup for my CPAP and it's worked well for me. Now when the power goes out I can keep sleeping and won't even notice I'm on the backup. I've had this for 6 months and have had no problems other than one minor one and the Anker customer service was fantastic to work with. The responded to my needs within 24 hours and offered up a solution. I do have one wish and that is the car charger should put out 8-10 amp instead of 5. If you're on a PR One then it's no problem since it has a 60W power supply. But the Resmed Airsense 10 uses a 90W power supply so it really needs 8A out. If you can go without the heated tube and humidifier (which I do) then it works just fine but it would be nice to use those features.
