Very good product with greatcustomer care!!!
I have been a satisfied user of Lazer immersion rod for last 5 years absolutely without any issues. It has indicator showing power ON status. The Autocut feature is unique and cuts off the power after water gets heated.This season I bought another lazer1.5 kw autocut immersion rod online from Amazon. However it developed some snag. I reached out directly to the company and was amazed to see their response. They arranged an immediate replacement without any if’s and but’s.So over all great product with amazing customer care!!! Go for Lazer products

Lazer Excellent innovative Product with Thermostat Auto cut feature
Only Two companies provide thermostat in india Lazer & Havells company . Havells is bit costly compared to lazer,Havells has not warranty for the product , Only 2 years seller warranty will be provided cross verified the same with Havells customer care & Service person as well. But amazon is refusing to provide seller warranty for Havells . So i bought Lazer . Even Lazer has only few service points but this product works very well . The autocut feature works exactly after 30 mins of heating 15 ltrs of water . But for reasonable heating it takes 15 mins only . No seperate heating mode's were provided with Thermostat like Havells . But it's not a big issue . Overall excellent product Same as Havells 1500 W variant and working well like reputed brand , Thank you Lazer india ,

Looking Good, after first use returned
LAZER Auto Cut Immersion Rod (1.5 KW) -ISI. in First it looking good, after first use i realized it does not have auto cut feature. i have checked product box and instruction book their not a single mention about auto cut feature so next day i return it
