I have a 2011 BMW 335is that has no real cupholders for cupholder mounted phones. I don't like windshield or dash mount. This is perfect. It has adequate adjustability, holds an iPhone 13 with no trouble and doesn't get in the way of the charging cord. Very good quality. Second one I purchased. Even in bright sun in the hot summer it doesn't fade or warp.

I prefer this type of phone holder in my car than any other, and this is the third time I've purchased one of these (I lost the first one, have one for my car and bought one for my husband's car).I like that I can situate my phone off to the side and out of my direct line of sight, but bear enough that it's not distracting to look at.It can take a little fiddling to make sure that it's completely secure in your vent, but once it is secure, you're good to go. If you have an Android phone, or phone with buttons along the side, you do run the risk of activating those buttons when putting the phone in the holder, but it's really not too tasking to resituated the phone.You do need both hands to seat your phone securely in this holder, so you need to be more considerate about that than being able to get your phone secure.All that said, my personal preferences make this style of phone holder (and this one, particularly) my preferred phone holder.

This is an excellent phone holder. Very secure. I even got in a car accident with my first one, and it held the phone strong. That being said it loses a star because mine breaks about once a year, the Jaws break, or snap off. But I just replace it, because it's that good.

Adjusts to fit most car air vents, horizontal & vertical vents. Articulates in multiple plains so easy to see phone screen. Holder adjusts to fit about 7" width. Arms that grip phone eventually break but I only replace annually. Thoughtful gift for friends and family as it truly makes driving safer by bringing Maps up to your line of sight.

This is a great design for convenience and ease-of-use. However, I went through two in about 18 months, because the little latches to hold the phone in place eventually snap in half.To give you an idea of how much I liked the mount, in both cases, I tried super gluing parts back on multiple times. I won’t be getting another one of these, but if they could design the more sturdy, then they would have an all-around fantastic product.

Fits in my car vent well, keeps the phone away from the air. I can now see my phone much better than my last vent phone holder. I have a pixel 6 and it holds the phone great.

Ill start off with the only CON about this: It will not charge your phone, but is the best connector to vent I have every used.......This is to bad, otherwise it would surpass all other wireless charges.PROS: Absolutely the best method used to secure to the vent. (it will not work for all vents, so make sure the measurements are correct in the depth of your vent connection)I use this everyday, I drive for a living. I have tried many but this is the best to hold your phone tight.I bought this base for my family, and bought another brand(wireless part) to assemble together to have the BEST phone holder on the market.

Installation was as easy as turning a knob. I set it up 4 months ago and have not had to adjust it. It opens easily enough that I can insert and remove the phone with one hand if needed, but once inserted that phone is SOLID. Turning landscape to portrait just stays wherever you turn it, nothing to loosen or tighten. I hope the guy who designed this gets rich as hell.
