Bad quality
I have been buying this tea for the last 20 years. I know exactly how it should taste. And this tea (that I got in a damaged caddy) is not the one I am ised to. Also, it looks like someone stepped on it. It means the company deliberately put a defective item in my order because it arrived in absolutely perfect box.
