Rich Sound for Deeper Voices
As a dude with a low-to-baritone voice, I found this mic supportive and clear. There is definitely proximity effect where lows get louder when close to the source. The highs can also get a little crispy, which can result in a little more EQ work. All in all though, I like it. And you definitely can't beat the price.

Don’t buy it. It will stop working in a year.
A terrible mic. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a microphone. I’ve used it less than a dozen times since I bought it in February 2019 and now it doesn’t work. I’ve never dropped it or abused it— it’s been in the bag for 90% of the time I’ve had it. Completely unacceptable. Sterling made a cheap, sham mic and it’s a waste of money. Breaks literally days after the warranty expires and what are they going to do about it? Absolutely nothing. Pathetic.

A hidden gem.
This mic really surprised me, I got it 70$ at guitar center It's got a great sound to picks up the subtlety of The voice and has warmness like described. I have a few issue the mic clip broke and it's very sensitive with plosives.
