EsschertDesign LH48 Fallen Fruits Cast Iron Door Mat with Coir, Brown, 75 x 55 cm

My dog kept dragging any other outdoor mats throughout the garden and chewed them all up. He cannot budge this may, or chew it. The inserts are replaceable when they get worn out. It looks good too.

Cast iron surround is well made and substantial, however the coir mat insert is pretty thin and unsubstantial - and,in my case, very poorly sized for the surround - being a clear centimetre too small in all directions. A little off,dimensionally, I could have taken - but so far off is just a joke. Shame, as this could so easily have been a five star review...

Ordered it 2 days ago. Came today. The mat fits snugly into the card iron recess. It's very solidly made and looks great. Brilliant value.

Lovely item but only two bars under the coir part so there are ripples in the mat. I bought it so that the step didnt get soaking wet and make the brick under the door soaked through and so far it soaks up the water and no air gap to dry properly. There is up to a cm of air gap only around the edge. Only two pointless bars to under the coir which bend as you tread on it. The step has now got rust on it too. Such a shame as it looked lovely on day one. Sent back for a refund.

Beautiful frame, tough and the middle coir bit can be replaced once it wears off.

The coir mat doesn't fit!! Having read a previous review from a few months back about the coir mat being too small you would have thought that the company would have sorted this problem out. In fact the situation seems to have got worse. Widthwise the mat is 1cm too small and lengthwise 2cm too small. Does anyone actually measure the opening (60cm x 40cm) or is it guesswork?

We bought this as the metal matched a boot scraper we already had by our front door and wanted something we could replace the mat when it wore out. The mat just lifts up. It was a little loose but it settled in as it became moist in the outside environment and is now a snug fit (interesting waitrose gardening website mentions it would do this - don't buy it there as it's twice the price of amazon).I have only rated four stars as behind the mat there are two bars connecting to the frame to lift it off the ground. I assume this is to help with drainage, but it means the mat has a slight wave in it and will probably look more obvious with time as the mat gets off and sags. I'd have preferred more under the mat, maybe a mesh to lift it completely off the ground to keep it flat and help with drainage.I am happy with the

Oggetto molto bello. La struttura in ghisa è robusta. La parte centrale è rimovibile in modo da poter essere sostituita in caso di usura. Sembrerebbe essere un prodotto durevole nel tempo. Vedremo con la prova del tempo.

Great, but not amazing. The fiber does not lay perfectly on top of the frame and therefore makes the insert awkward. I wish the mat were a little thicker but the frame is super high quality, really really nice! We got this because it goes well with our rustic country theme and we didn't want the dog to chew another mat. YES!!

Tiene una altura de unos 3 cm, por unos tapetes que hace que no quede sujeta en el suelo.El felpudo del interior se puede cambiar por otro. El felpudo se sujeta por dos barras de hierro y en el momento que lo pisas se notan. No es lo que esperaba pero hará la función.

Ich finde diese Fußmatte sehr schön leider hängt die matte selber wirklich arg durch .. Ich werde sie trotzdem behalten und den Boden verstärken lassen!
