These cashews are sourced from Brazil and they are very flavorful and satisfying.

I've ordered several different organic cashew brands in the past and these seems to be the absolutely best one so far - in my humble opinion.

These are just standard raw cashews. The only difference between the roast ones I usually get are that I can taste the slight rawness like that of a raw peanut and it's unsalted.The cashews are whole but they aren't "jumbo sized" as mentioned on the packaging or at least I don't notice a noticeable size difference between the regular size ones.Like all cashews they all have the sweet and creamy texture so for me, I really didn't taste anything out of the ordinary.The bag is also resealable.I would assume the reason for the high price would be because it is "organic"Overall these are exactly what is expected for raw whole cashews and I enjoy them every much, I don't don't enjoy the cost since I can get more than twice the amount somewhere else for the same price.

Okay, you may be thinking is this worth the extra price/cost over the "not organic" cashews. Yes! The nuts are whole, taste is outstanding, and the overall quality is better than the 'non organic'.

There are lots of benefits of eating raw nuts, but they are very hard to find in the stores. I was pleased to see an organic company that leaves their nuts raw! The nuts were fresh and the bag is resealable to keep them that way. I store organic nuts in the fridge once they are open to help them maintain their freshness as well. The price is reasonable for organically grown nuts.

Never having tried a cashew without salt, didn't know what to expect here. Since salt is a cornerstone that just brings out the taste from the background of pretty much any item as long as you do it right.But this managed to bring a creamy taste that I wasn't expecting, though it seems like I needed more cashews to get the taste flowing as well as having one with salt. But Overall I liked it, the bag was finished well over a week ago at this point.I am guessing these are raw because they are backed inside the shell? But not baked the 2nd time, I am sure that's how it goes from reading into them.

I have no regrets.More whole cashews than expected. Usually you get a ton of pieces, but these were just about all intact.I found the size varied a bit, but there were some chonky bois in there. I didn't find anything insultingly small in the bag either. The taste was much better than the cheaper ones I used to get. I will absolutely get these again, but I will try to have more self control this time to not polish off a bag by myself like some sort of animal.

I use raw cashes as an ingredient in my cooking and these are right up there with the best I’ve purchased. Not every nut is whole, although most of them are- a small percentage (I would estimate something under 20%) of my bag contained halves and the occasional piece. They seem to be carefully processed (important with raw cashews in particular in order to avoid toxicity). All in all, I’m very happy with them.
