I received my kit in a very timely manner and once I opened it I noticed there was no part of the slide hammer or any of its adapters. The led light board was missing and the gloves weren’t there. Just be warned that you may not get what you pay for with this kit.

I tried to pull a small dent out of the door of a stainless steel refrigerator. The selection of cups is awesome but the sticking power of the glue sticks provided did not hold. Tried several times following directions and the cups popped off right away.

I spent a few hours with this taking out a bunch of hail dents from the hood of my car and I can't believe that it really works. It doesn't look perfect, but so much better. Very time consuming and some of the spots that were super glued did not stay glued when pulling out the dent. Also some of suction cups I couldn't get the glue off of. Other than that, I am happy with the results. Will wait until spring time and give it another shot and get some more dents out.

Really good quality for the price. The pink oval shaped ones will break, but Way cheaper than a body repair shop. Maybe not quite their quality either, but I had a really big dent (even beyond what they recommend repairing) and am very meticulous and it still looks way better. It does small dents even better, almost not visible

I had a dent caused by a golf ball in the side of my vehicle. I used the puller multiple times, with different discs, and the remaining imperfection is barely noticeable now. I do wish that the adhesive was a bit stronger, so I might try a different color tab if I go farther. For the cost of this item it provides a good value, imo.

Patience and material cleanliness are keys to success with this kit. Has already saved me plenty of money to have repeatedly paid for itself.

Ordered this package in October, but just got a chance to put it to the test on a car I will be giving my daughter.After counting the pull tabs I noticed I was short 6 of the black pull tabs.So $100.00 and they shorted me what I paid for, plus I found out the line board doesn't even emit any light.It's just a reflector board. What am I suppose to do with that?It's horrible.I can't see why anyone would want a line board without the light.If I would have known the line board didn't emit light, I definitely wouldn't had purchased this package.Needless to say, I tried to work with what I had.I'm down 4 tabs already and the only one that seemed to pull the best broke half way through me working on the car.So I moved to the aluminum ones. Well they didn't break, but they don't pull that well.I tried using them 3 different times, by extending the wait time one additional minute of each attempt to get a good pull, but they either pulled with the glue attached to them or a none productive pull without any real resistance with the glue attached to the car (attach to the car is what I expect).Anyway, I got some stuff worked out, but it's taking a long time. The reflector board doesn't help, so I've been doing it off the reflection of my halogen lights in the garage.If you're trying to get the job done close to perfect, this isn't the kit for you.If I would have got the line board with the light as I expected and all the parts I paid for, this would be a different score.

Dentless item tools works the way it should. The glue u used for the dentless tool works to well, It sticks on your car the way it should. But it does not come off as easy as it looks, even when u spray the Must Have alcohol/water base mix to take it off you still have to work hard to get the glue off your car. If you have time and not in a rush, it well come off with the tool they provide you with to scrape it off and alcohol/water mixer. But u have to work to get it off

the result heavily depends on patience have and what metal the vehicle used. My old Volvo used pretty strong metal which took lots of bang to make it decent, but i ran out of patience at the end.Wash the plastic puller with soap and sand paper it little bit, you will get better grip.Clean dent area with dish soap before doing it.To remove the glue, get some MAF cleaner and spray while you scratching the glue off, it works much better than alcohol.It's a very time consuming work if you want perfect resultOverall very good for its price

I originally bought mini suction cups on Amazon that are advertized as dent removal tools. They did nothing. I pulled a lot of the dent out with this set. I'm sure I could pull out much more, but my patience is wearing thin. This tooL takes time, a lot of it. Each application pulls out a part of the dent. You have to do it over many times to completely eliminate the dent. Have a look online to see the pros doing it. The issue I have is removing the hot melt glue from the car. Videos show it peeling off. I may be doing something wrong, as getting the glue off is a tedious process.
