The packaging was nice and it had a slick and elegant feel opening the cylinder. Included is a journal with instructions about a 30 day challenge.To set up you are given a tester to first safely test the outlet and then plug it in the unit. Using the mat is easy, you can just put it under your feet or use as a mat to do yoga or meditate on. I am still getting used to incorporating it into a daily routine, but overall it's a good product and could be a good gift idea. I have read that it’s good for sleeping on, I need to try that.
