Got the job done & still usable for another project.3.) Grit is stays on the pad for the most part, good backing.4.) STAYS PUT!!! Did not fall off while using ;):: CONS ::1.) None really, I can't complain as they did exactly what i wanted(Sanded top of door and jam to fix a sagging threshold, my Wal-Mart sandpaper fell apart :):: OVERALL :: Does the job, good price, probably last a long time for a typical home or garage. NOT commercial grade, but close enough.

Check your backing pad is in good condition
If you have an eight hole sander, align the holes carefully to get best benefit from a dust catcher if you have one. Good anyway to pull the sawdust away from the work to slow disc clogging.I attached the disc firmly pushing it on and got sanding. Worked fine, only used the roughest one so far..Does the job...

Gracias Amazon Mexico todo le que he comprado ha llegado a tiempo o antes y sin ningún problema por DHL, Fedex y Estafeta.Me gusto mucho que bosch tenga este paquete con ligas de diferente grano, normalmente te venden varias de solo tamaño de grano pero este paquete es muy útil sobre todo para la gente que ocupamos el finde semana para hacer cosas o arreglos en casa. Muy útil muy recomendable.
