Perfect for my office cubicle. (Also, I included info about the vase and rocks)
I love how my new bamboo looks in my office. It's tall enough to stick up above my low-cubicle walls so it can be seen and enjoyed from afar. The twists are really, really cool. The bamboo was packaged very well. Here is the vase I put it in. I added zip ties at the top and bottom (you might see them in white in my pictures) because I was paranoid about the vase coming apart with all the weight of the rocks, but now that it's all together, I'm thinking the zip ties aren't necessary. This vase seems like it's very solid:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017UYGKQ6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Here are the rocks I used. I only bought one bag, and I don't think the rocks come up high enough in the vase. I ordered another bag, but it hasn't arrived yet:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017UYGKQ6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1By the way, if you want to know how the twists are made, here's some info I found on the web. Pretty interesting:"The lucky bamboo that has a spiral shape was create by manipulating the lucky bamboo exposure to light. Because lucky bamboo is slow growing this a long and some say arduous task. But nothing worth having comes easy and half the fun is the adventure you take to get there. With that said, here is how you create lucky bamboo curls: Find a cardboard box big enough to fit over the lucky bamboo with a little room. Cut the bottom and one side of the box off. Place the cardboard box over the lucky bamboo this will create shade on the top and three sides of the lucky bamboo. Face the open side of the box towards your light source. The lucky bamboo will begin to grow towards the light creating a bend. When you notice a definite bend rotate the container about an inch – the lucky bamboo will begin to grow towards the light again creating a new bend. Continue this process until you achieve the curl you want."

You will find no greater nitrate reduction for a freshwater aquarium!
You will find no greater nitrate reduction technique than these for $50! We bought these an an aesthetic choice for an aquarium 'forest' if you will...and just hoped they'd survive in a fish tank.(For those unfamiliar with aquariums, the "nitrates" mentioned below are effectively dissolved fish poop that is periodically removed by water changes-it's a spectacular fertilizer. I'm oversimplifying but it illustrates this effect more clearly)I bought 20 of the 24" stalks with a maximum height of about 32" or so for a 75 gallon, fully stocked South American cichlid tank.Inside of 2 months these stalks are over 60" tall! They'll hit my ceiling soon!Viva fish poop!? At least the Lucky Bamboo say so!I have used (and still do) all manner of aquatic plants as well as pothos and monstera growing out the top of my tanks for nitrate reduction. And they are VERY effective. In my African cichlid tank, it is naturally overstocked for peace, but nitrates could reach as high as 80PPM if I skipped a weekly water change. Adding pothos dropped the nitrates some 75% in 2 weeks. But nothing prepared me for the nitrate consumption of these Lucky Bamboo. After about 2 months, I can no longer read ANY nitrates. Most experienced aquarists would know that 0 nitrates are very rare and readings of 10PPM-20PPM are considered excellent. But 0? In my disbelief, I bought a fresh liquid test kit should mine have spoiled but again, 0 nitrates. This is a well established, South American Cichlid tank that used to have 40PPM typically prior to water changes. Now I can't read ANY.But the images above are older. These stalks now have passed the top of the window and are over 60" tall! I hope they don't hit my ceiling! (Hmmm, can you have negative nitrates?! LOL)Seriously consider these if you have a freshwater fish tank. You will find no nitrate reduction to rival this. It is slower, it took a full month to get these results but the pothos/monstera tanks dropped nitrates about 75% but the Lucky Bamboo tank reads 0 nitrates after a month!

Gave my aquarium LIFE!!!
A friend told me about these and I decided to try them. Wow, they most certainly delivered on the size and quality!! They are beautiful and healthy, my tank is 26" tall and they reached from the very bottom of the substrate to at least 8-10" out of the top of tank. If I had room, I'd buy more....

Beautiful Bamboos
These are very healthy and beautiful bamboos. They are thicker and taller than expected and reasonably priced. Very well packaged. I had to order a taller vase to display them. So left the bamboos out in the garage for over a week or more. Because the roots were wrapped in jello like plant nutrients. They stayed fresh. Once I put them in water and add a drop of bamboo nutrient for each bamboo into the water, the leaves just perked up! Beautiful!

Packaged well.
I like bamboo plants because they are easy manage/grow. The stalks are taller than I expected. Very healthy looking. The leaves are short but over time will grow tall. This is my 2nd plant. I have another one I started growing a year ago (purchased from a local store) I ordered from this vendor because I like getting the bundle of ten.
