Puroast Low Acid Coffee Single Serve Coffee - House Blend - 12 pk

I have a serious condition called Barrett's Esophagus and I try my best to do the right thing diet wise. I gave up soda, alcohol but food wise, I'm still having a tough time. The one thing I knew I had to cut down dramatically was coffee. My doctor told me coffee itself is not bad but it's the acid that is. So I looked for a low acid alternative and found Puroast. I realize we all have different tastes, but some of the reviews made it sound like it tasted awful. I was pleasantly surprised that the taste was actually delicious and better than many of my favorite coffees. For comparison, I do not like the taste of French Roast coffees like Starbucks, but love more of a Columbian or Breakfast Blend like Dunkin Donuts. This is very similar to those coffees. Also, I saw some reviews that said it does not fit Keurig, luckily, it fits mine. My only concern is the price on Amazon is all over the place. Glad this vendor didn't overcharge like I see others have. Hopefully I will be able to get it at this price in the future because the others were way too expensive. Really like this coffee!

Wow. Sometimes things really do work out well. When I was recently diagnosed with acid reflux and told to limit coffee, I knew I was doomed. As a coffee drinker since I was five years old (!!!!), I knew I was hooked on it and couldn't imagine limiting my coffee. Then I came across Puroast low acid coffee. Of course I knew it would taste terrible, I couldn't be that lucky. But, WALLA!! This is a VERY good-tasting coffee! I have been pretty fussy about my coffee all these years, so I was very surprised. I got the House Blend, and it is smooth and yet richly flavorful. No wimpy taste at all, and no bitterness either. Now I need to convince Puroast and Amazon to offer it in large quantities.

Hmmmmmm another one bites the dust in the search for good, lowacid coffee. The taste is ok. Its weak, and a little of that weird aftertaste low acid coffees have, but I dont care about that. It didnt help w acid reflux or stomach issues, and it gave me these weird burny roiling cramps all day in my stomach every time i drank it. This doesnt even happen w reg coffee. So, maybe its just me, but eh...id suggest to just cut your reg coffee w water and fatten it up w creamer n sugar. Less acid, n cheaper.

For reference, I'll say that I like Dunkin Donuts coffee (with a little cream,) and McDonald's coffee, (again, with a little cream.) But I do not like this coffee. Its on the strong side and I don't like the flavor. I wish I could describe the flavor more specifically but all I can say is that I just don't like it. I wish it was more mild like most light roasted k-cups, but I think its stronger. (And its nothing like DD, which I read in someone else's review.)

I like medium roast coffee and find this to be very good. I get full flavor and would low acid. My only issue is the price. It is much pricier than regular coffee and the price has gone up since I ordered it. I am not sure I can afford to keep ordering it.

I have been put off coffee by my doctor, so I was very sad to be without it. Suddenly I discovered Puroast and I suggested it as a substitute for regular coffee to my doctor. He approved the product for my use as it had so little acid in it, which I was told to avoid. I ordered some of this product and was floored!! To me, anyway, it tastes exactly like my old time coffee. Another excellent product that I found!!!

If this is 70% less acidic I don't want their real coffee. I had terrible indigestion after half a cup. I will have to buy the K cup accessories to use my folder simply smooth which is really reduced acid.

Not to me as good as the Vanilla Nut. It's on the bitter side.
