Great container, but the cover (paired as a suggested "purchase-together" item) doesn't fit.
The container itself is just fine and seems well crafted. However, be advised: the lid/cover from the same manufacturer (Paderno) does NOT fit the mid-size dough container (there are 3 sizes offered). It is about 1/4" too big, making it impossible to get a good airtight fit. (But the cover is not so much larger that it would appear to fit their largest container, although who knows?) Amazon is now aware of this problem -- if you don't see a lid/cover offered for sale, Amazon likely removed it from their inventory. In any case, without a properly fitting cover for the container, it will be difficult to properly proof your dough. I am going to try to devise something "homemade" that will suffice, as well as contact the manufacturer to see if they have a lid/cover in stock that fits their mid-size dough container. If Paderno has a cover that fits, I'll update this review.

Seems expensive but it is quality
Seems pricey for a box but it is very sturdy and will last forever. I was able to fit it in our garage refrigerator which has the freezer on top.
