The food (stir fry) quickly stuck and distressed the inside bottom. Lost its non stick quality within 5 uses. Have since bought another brand which is excellently cooking stir fry and after many many times of use is still non stick

We bought this wok separately from our new pan set, as it did not seem limited by the thick aluminium and small size of the wok that came in that set. It tries to achieve the holy grail of combining a non-stick coating with a mild blue steel traditional thin-walled wok. Given the latter by definition involves high heat cooking and Teflon (and presumably all other PTFE coatings) are sensitive to such, this is a big ask.Sadly, in our case this resulted in a build up and residue that cannot be removed by any amount of soaking, baking powder etc. Bottom of outer surface lost its coating as it gets moved around on the gas hob, but we more or less accept that was inevitable and are ok with that. Similarly, it seems to generally perform as conventional woks do. However, irremovable residues and rapidly deteriorating non-stick performance is a showstopper that we cannot live with.Really wanted this product to work, but Im afraid we shall not be going down this (or similar) road(s) again. It just doesnt work.

This order was held up and got lost by Royal Mail it took a week to get too me and when it came it had been put in another box which was all batterd about but i must say the goods inside the box inside were fine and i must say are very good and great value

Love the fact it has two handles to lift it off the hob and added bonus it has a lid and it also fits my large frying pan I just bought too! Cleans beautifully and should last for ages if you use silicon utensils and don’t clean with abrasive cleaning pads.

The wok feels sturdy and strong but seems overly heavy and unbalanced. Unfortunately the nonstick material started peeling after two uses.

Paid for a new Wok set but when it arrived the wok was scratched on the bottom and had burn marks on the inside, no original box just came wrapped in bubble wrap, a piece of cardboard and a black sack. I paid with Klama and explained this but when i asked for a refund it was only offed to be paid back to the original card which means Klama would get it and not me. Now I'm stuck with an over priced, used Wok.

Great non-stick wok! Just remember to heat the wok first before adding oil or any ingredients. Looking forward to seeing how long the coating lasts (cuz of all the bad reviews with really scratched woks) but so far so good after a few uses.
