Purchased item.... had to install app and remove app 3 times to work on WiFi.Product says it will record parked recordings... need to purchase separate kit. WERE ??? Not available.

Love this little camera. WiFi automatically comes on when camera powers up. No pushing buttons to switch over to WiFi. Great video and pictures. One flaw that should be fixed is you have to have the G Sensor turned on to view your live video right side up. Turn off G Sensor, the video is upside down. G Sensor is very touchy even on the low setting. Every time I hit a pot hole or bump, the camera would say something (couldn't understand what it said) and save a picture to the emergency video. I eventually turned off the G Sensor and just turn my phone upside down. Other than the G Sensor, it's a great lightweight camera.

UPDATE 7/5/2021Device did not record a key moment when I got pulled over. Device is very hard to find recordings needed on a moments notice! Does not always hook up to wifi or phone.Every video is on Device EXCEPT the one I really need. My car was on and Device said it was recording and did not. Do not buy or waste moneyUpdate 9/16/19 I am very please that the company heard my concerns and have sent me a new camera. I will update photos and videos at a later date. A+ customer service*update 8/29.19I'm in the process of returning the camera. I went to view a video today and it was very blurry and took about 30 seconds for it to become visible. Also the video came out upside down.For me it's not going to work.I'm giving the dash camera 4 stars. I do love the picture quality on it. If you read the directions it is easy to install.Just know that, if you are not in your car you cannot watch or download a video. The car has to be running in order for this to happen.What I don't like is, when you do go back to watch the video on Samsung Galaxy s9, it takes time for it to not be blurry (see photo 2 or 3). I not able to get the camera to stop talking every 5 minutes.If you want the parking feature, then you have to buy the hardwire kit and install it. I dont have time for that.I do like the sound quality.At the end of the day I'm going to return it and get one that is more suited for my needs.Would i buy this again? Yes, and I do recommend it.

Updating the rating. While I never heard back from the technical support people, I did finally get the WiFi to connect and therefore was able to set the date/time, turn off volume and set the length of recording to 3 minutes. It was defaulted to 1 minute. However, I'm upset that I never heard back from them. So unless you're tenacious and never quit trying, I wouldn't recommend getting this product. It works, but the support is non-existent.So I installed this and the system seems to work just fine, but it will not connect to my phone. The camera, connects to WiFi, and it automatically starts recording, does everything it's supposed to do, but the app on my phone doesn't recognize it's connected. Not so bad, however, the date/time is not correct, and the mic is on, I'd like to be able to turn it off, and set the correct time and date. I've called tech support and they are stumped. They had me uninstall the app a couple times and reinstall it, but nothing I did would helped. They said they were escalating it and told me they'd contact me within 24-48 hours. If they do, and can fix it, I will change the review rating but if not, I'll end up sending it back.

I took a gamble on this dash cam. This cam has a low number of reviews, it's an unknown brand, and it's on the low end of the price range for dash cams. I opened it up, plugged everything in per instructions, and the phone app to view videos would not connect to the cam. I uninstalled the app and tried again. Still didn't work. Unfortunately, I waited past the 30 day return window to take the cam out of the box, so Amazon won't take it back. Now I'm stuck with it. I recommend finding a different cam with 1,000+ reviews and a more solid reputation.

Sorry to say but this Dash Camera didn't work on my phone so didn't even reach the section to set it up.It is recording once you plug it in, you will see the LED lights. If only it works on my Phones im pretty sure its a good camera. I blame the app is not functioning as it should be. I used even the phone of my friends. Maybe the app needs an update. I returned 2 Dash Cams the original and the replacement. Amazon is so good in customer service trying their best for this case. Amazon refunded me after I returned the devices. The Dash Cam is built good high quality actually and very innovative, if only the phone app works. Im not speaking for everybody this is only my opinion. base on my experience on this dash cam. have a great day.

I really wanted to keep this product and make it work but at the end of two day trying to see if I could handle the hassle of sometime the app working and other times it would. I ultimately decided to send this back and I'm not sure what happen with the seller receiving this package but I was still charged for it even after I returned it.Connecting by wifi was a hassle, the app kept freezing and locking me out. I really wanted it to work for the convenience of playing back footage in real time to a police office or emailing the footage to my insurance company in the event of an accident but I had to send it back.And now, I have dispute this charge with Amazon because I sent back this product.

I received the camera today and it was working fine. I was able to power it on, install app on phone, and connect to it; however, after installing a firmware update the camera is no longer working. When I plug it into a power source nothing happens... The camera is bricked. I have sent a support request to Zerogogo and am currently waiting on a reply. I will change the rating as need be if/when things progress.
