First impressions, the packaging, design of the packaging, the quality of the wet wipes, and the quality and effectiveness of the drying wipes is impressive. The included dust stickers are better than most (the right tactile stickiness without leaving unwanted residue) and the included plastic frame for positioning is incredible value for money given it also includes 3 protectors.However, I'm not totally sure this is glass, as it seem too flexible and resembles perspex plastic sheet in feel, and when you flick it with your fingers (before installation), there no glass 'ring' like noise? Anyway, I decided to use my car keys and and the point end of a pair of scissors to test it out, and it doesn't mark, quite amazing. Whether it is plastic or glass doesn't matter as long as it can withstand keys and scissors. I didn't try a stanley knife blade and wouldn't expect it to withstand that anyway.There is a useful installation video which I watched regardless of the fact I've been installing protectors since iPhone 3. Just intrigued how the plastic guide worked. Peeled off my existing protector and despite my screen being dust free anyway, proceeded to follow the instructions step by step.Dropped the new protector on the phone, using the plastic guide, and the button position appeared slightly off (being very critical) so I manually repositioned it. Word of warning, if you peel it off it becomes VERY electrostatic, and naturally attracts any dust particle in the air, and if reapplying will most likely have some dust on the protector. After I removed the dust with the stickies, everything went down fine under its own weight, I could visually see it was sealing it self across the screen, however there was a problem area near an edge by the button which just wouldn't go down and stick properly. No dust present, and just wouldn't adhere. Given there were another 2 in the box, I took this one off and tried a second one.This one went on less well, it didn't stick itself on by it's own weight, and needed a lot of manual squeezing and massaging on. I had trouble with 2 persistent left and right air gaps, and a gap by the button again. Spent 15 minutes massaging and pushing air around but still the gaps persisted, it seemed they would never stick no matter how much I rubbed or massaged them. I tried pushing the air in other directions but after about 30 mins was about to give up with it's refusal to stick. Then tried some damp tissue, as professional car automotive tinted window film installers use water and a squeegee to get the films on bubble free. This seemed to work but the air gaps were still slightly visible then after a while they disappeared.So now I have a perfect installation, but it took me a while compared to other tempered glass.The 1 star mark down to 4 star is because the installation requires more patience, but overall is great value for money, the edges of the protector are rounded and is good, the button cut out is curved around the button too, and the size of the protector is the largest size as can technically be. It is smaller the P20 Pro's native screen but that is because the P20 Pro has a gentle edge curve. For the protector to be any bigger it won't adhere properly. If you mount the protector just slightly off to one side on the subtle curve it will never go down flat. They have pushed the limits for the biggest protector possible, so the mounting tolerance is small.The hydrophobic/oil resistance is incredible, better than the standard coating on the standard phone and iPads/iPhones I'd say.IN SUMMARY A GREAT BUY- value for money- high quality accessories- very decent scratch protection- excellent hydrophobic/oil resistance- good video guideNOT SO GOOD- can take a lot of patience to obtain a perfect bubble free installation (more than other makes I have tried)- removal of protector to attempt a second attempt, generates a lot of electrostatic which sucks dust from the air onto the sticking side of the protector (But acknowledge this static is used to bond the protector to the P20 Pro)

Easy to install, no bubbles, no peeling. Works very well even in the rain, dropped a few times since and there are no scratches or any other damage.

I drop my phone all the time so I always ha e a glass screen protector on these are get this is the second time I've bought them off this seller work get no harm to my screen just the protector swap it out for a new one, I have dropped my phone lots and only just broken the protector

Ok, this is something I never thought I'd say and makes me laugh just typing it, but I personally find the screen protector uncomfortable to use as the surface is very slippy compared to any screen protector that I've used over the years.Everything else, I can hardly fault! Quick delivery. Packaging is good, I'd know where it is if I needed another one as I'm not going to lose this box! The installation video online confused me a bit as it looked like it was for a different version, but I figured it out anyway.The plastic template to install the screen was simple but brilliant! I've never fitted a protector so perfectly in all my many attempts! No bubbles, perfect to the edges and fingerprint reader, nice smooth edges. The screen looks even looks great through it!After a few weeks of using it however, I'm not sure I'll be using the rest of them as the surface just feels unnaturally smooth/slippy for my big carpal tunnel fingers to use for typing out long messages with my fingers slipping to the wrong keys!Just not for me unfortunately!

It's a little tricky to install, but take your time and it goes on neatly and cleanly. Yes, it is slightly smaller than the screen but that is because of the curved edge and if the phone is n a case it isn't really noticable.The best bit - it works exactly as it should. One week after install the phone fell from a pocket on to the ground face down and the screen protector smashed. It came off in one piece, the screen underneath was totally unmarked and as good as new! Protector replaced (there's 3 in the pack) and it's ready to go again.

The screen protector on my wife's P20Pro had seen better days so it was time to put a new one on. This protector had good reviews so deserved a try.The pack is quite complete, with three protectors, two types of wipes (one wet, one dry) for each protector, a cloth, instructions, a wipe and a fit assist. The fit assist was the worst part of the kit and why 4 stars, but it's easy enough to fit without and the few bubbles that appeared were easy to get out using the wipe.The protector leaves a couple of mm all around the edge so that it fits neatly in the silicone holder of the folio case it goes in.All in all a comprehensive, well fitting and neat solution. Only time will tell how it lasts but so far its clearer and more sensitive than the last one!

Bought this expecting the usual fiddly alignment issues, but it comes with a frame you put on the phone which makes the alignment really easy
