Strong and Reliable
I have used this on a fully-loaded touring bike and it does the job perfectly. The rubber bung on the end, separate purchase, is a must for use on grass. Easy to fit, though you may wish to tape your frame at the contact areas first in order to protect the paintwork. This is a solid piece of kit and the brand name is well-known in the bike-touring world.

Brilliant kickstand
I have an old Wisper 905 electric bike and I have had a couple of kickstands that just bend or collapse after a couple of uses so I had to use a centre stand which is not always able to cope with slopes or uneven ground.This Pletscher kickstand was easy to fit (after I had cut it to the required length and added a rubber foot) and as I fitted it just before going on holiday it showed just what it is capable of doing.I had added an extra 13a rack battery to augment the normal battery.A box fitted to the rear rack which contained the chargers, tools and other bits and pieces along with two panniers full of clothing and shoesA camera bag with two cameras and three zoom lenses was fitted to the handlebars and the whole lot weighed 33kg.No problem.Whilst on holiday (with a weight of 26kg) I used the stand on slopes and rough ground, again with no problem. (I still had the centre stand on the bike and was unable to get the bike stable with it several times when I tried to use it).One of the best addons I have bought for the bike - just wish I had always had this fitted.

Just what's required for my Surly :)
Really sturdy frame mounted bike stand. Just what I needed for my Surly, combined with a 'dutch' bike stay to stop the handlebars swinging when the bike is on it's stand.

Pletscher Rear Mount Kickstand 295mm
Well didn't have many options, got a racing bike and the standard middle stands don't fit , so came across this stand and asked a few people, they say dont bother because this stand fits towards the back end of the bike therefor not stable enough ,but really had no options ,thought it would still be better than nothing...... fits easy and i find it serves the purpose, for me any way

According to Platscher website the Multi Flex kickstand supports 50kg.

They shipped quickly, goods packaging is also very fine, This works so much better than I thought it would. You can't do better for the price. if you want an economical and cost items will never miss it.
Do not care about other people is how to evaluate this product, to buy for and bring you to see the benefits of the product is the best. Its price is pretty reasonable among the store I have viewed. Very pleased with item and the exceptionally generous customer service I received. Does what it says It can be easily stored for upcoming events. More reasonable than any store that I could find, perfect!

Best one there is!
Others slip and slide all over the place - this stand you know it won't as you have to use a hacksaw to get it the right length. I love my stand.
