Used 5 times and its already breaking.
I bought this item in hopes that it would be a good chair, and hold up for a while.I bought this in May of 2019 and the chair is already malfunctioning. It has been set in maybe 5 times and itis now where you can't set in it, it is so uncomfortable.The person using it is not near the max weight limit either.The hydraulic does not work properly. If you lift it up and then set in it, it goes all the way back down.The thin wood that is used under the seat is breaking down, and it makes the seat tilt to one side.Also the back of the chair needs to set straighter up if desired, you don't always want to feel like you are laying back.This is just a bad design...

Good chair with small defect
I've owned this chair for about 12 months now and it has been comfortable and perfect for my needs. When I had bought the chair I was using a desk that was quite short so I kept the chair at the minimum height up until recently. A few weeks ago I built a new desk that is taller and wanted to use my chair at max height but every time I raise the chair within 5 minutes its back at the lowest setting. Great chair, but they need to fix the hydraulic system on it.

Hydraulic Cylinder Stopped Working
It's really disappointing that, after receiving the wrong colored chair from the begging, after a year the hydraulic cylinder has stopped working. The chair will raise but it will no longer support any weight and sinks back to the ground. It's a shame because the rest of the chair seems to be decent quality and is fairly comfortable to now be completely unusable.

Good chair for the money....
Good chair for the money. The only issue I have with this chair is that I feel that it could use more padding. I was able to solve that by using my gel seat pad. Other than that I am really enjoying it so far.

Squeaky and Does not hold position
I bought it for Christmas 2019. April 2020, squeaks real bad when leaning forward or back. I did tighten the bolts and sprayed lube on it. No luck for the squeak. It will lower and not the hold position also. It is comfy and the price is decent. I assume this is the trade off.

Wouldn’t buy again
Junk chair, I’m well under the “weight limit” and the chair has already broken and leans back soon enough it will be broke in two.
