No reason not to have this in your survival kit.
Arrived today!! Perfect addition to any survival bag. Kit is as exactly as described and way better than anything I used as a kid growing up in the Adirondacks. Now in Florida, we have an abundance of small game should the need arise for alternative forms of sustenance during all the turmoil.Let's all pray for our country and be prepared.God Bless11A

If it comes to this, do you have anything in your bugout which can play this role? If not, and you need your bugout you'll wish you did, right? I assume it will work- there's not much to it. I don't want to have to prove it works however.

Great addition to your bug out bag. Have used the snares before in other applications. Must have to help feed yourself and others in case of emergency event.

Get this kit!
I bought this on a whim, but it's THE perfect starter kit for snaring.Such an amazing product and kit! Perfectly balanced cables, well made and very functional! Thank you for making everything so simple and straightforward. Totally buying another!Comes with three cables, which is plenty for survival. Flawless little kit. If you're debating on getting one, it's worth it. Most others aren't as well made or have the instructions stuck on the box. This one does. Can't loose them.
