I've been losing weight for 3 months now, I'm down about 43 lbs. This vest is very comfortable to wear while working out, it is cut in a way that doesn't restrain you during exercises and lifting. The sweat is very enhanced, I sweat far more at the gym than others I see doing cardio because of this vest, and the sweat mostly stays on the inside of the vest, so be prepared for very soaked shorts. Also, pre-hydrate very well!I have no skin rub or irritation from it.I have two vests, and wash them on gentle cycle in a washing machine after each use. I've washed at least 10 times, they are holding together well. Do not put them in a dryer let them air dry after washing.I'm about 10 lbs away from ordering two more XL versions instead of 3XL. great product.

I gave negative review at first. So far so good. It is durable, and serves its purpose. It does have a smell I thought would go away after some washing. But not bad for the price overall.

I wasn’t sure about purchasing this item as I have purchased so many in the past, but I am really happy I did. I even purchased a second one so I can rotate them every other day. This item is not flimsy and at first I thought it was way too small, luckily a friend of mine told me that was how it should be. The first time I tried to put it on I gave up, however, that same friend told me to roll it up on the outside just over half way then put it on and roll it down, it works. It is tight, provides a lot of support, is comfortable and during your workout you are going to sweat, I think I lose a gallon each time. I am vertically challenged, 5’ 7”, so it is a little long on me, but I found tucking it in works better than leaving it out. I am glad I took the chance and tried again. Happy Amazoning!!

I previously used a zip up waist trimmer and wanted something that would cover my chest. I just got my Men Neoprene Waist Trainer Jacket Sweat Vest Sauna Compression Suit and smacked it on. It was a little rough getting it on and breathing took a little getting used to. I almost immediately felt my core start to heat up and I can also feel my posture correct.. I am 6'1 285 lbs with a 48-50ish inch chest and it fit. I will be buying another Men Neoprene Waist Trainer Jacket Sweat Vest Sauna Compression Suit once I lose the weight.

I’m not even claustrophobic and after trying on the shirt my back was a little wet from my shower and it was stuck on me I started to feel a little anxious cause it was difficult to get off so if you sweat a lot you’ll probably have to dry off or just cut off the shirt cause it gets stuck on your body if you get the proper fit a size bigger and it defeats the purpose of a body toner.

I've been using this vest for about a month. I can't think of working out without it. It brings extra support and an increase to your core temp to make your workouts better. This is thick material, you definitely need to wash after each use, I might get a second/third b/c of this. It doesn't pinch my armpits like others I've tried. Sadly, the stitching on the bottom ribbon has come apart, exposing the neoprene edge. I may try to have it re-stitched or just remove it. This is due to taking it off and on, as the neoprene stretches but the ribbon doesn't, that I can tell. With heavy use (almost daily) I expect it to last 6-8 months. Hopefully next time, I fit a smaller size :)
